January 2021 Skill Rebalancing

The January 2021 Skill Rebalancing is the seventeenth Skill Rebalancing to go into effect in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. It was implemented with App Version 5.3.0, which became available some time between January 15, 2021 and January 17, 2021. It was announced alongside the January 2021 Forbidden/Limited List.

• "Time Passage"
  • Increase the Level of 1 "Fortune Lady" monster you control by 3 until the End Phase. This Skill can only be used once per turn.
  • "We are strengthening some character-exclusive Skills to make them easier to use."

• "Emergency Call"
  • Can be used turn 5 and onward or if your Life Points are at 2000 or below. Reveal 1 "Elemental HERO" monster in your hand. Then, add 1 "Elemental HERO" monster with a different name from your Deck to your hand. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
  • "We are strengthening some character-exclusive Skills to make them easier to use."

• "Ready For Victory"
  • Can be used if you control 2 or more monsters with the same Level. During this turn, the ATK of Xyz Monsters you control increases by 500. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
  • "The condition to win will now also be considered met when there are 3 monsters of the same Level on your field."

• "Ultimate Earthbound Immortal"
  • Can be used turn 5 and onward if you control "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca."
    During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw, reduce your opponent's Life Points to 1 and skip straight to your End Phase.
  • "This Skill will be modified, as the number of cards that inflict Effect Damage has increased and will continue to increase."
