Playing style
 +
Music Princesses are a highly aggressive theme which uses multiple high ATK boosts to inflict large amounts of damage at once. The boss monsters encourage beatdown-centric plays that punish turtling opponents, with "Ensembullfighter" disabling Traps during attacks and "Digisoon" becoming stronger the more Defense Position monsters the opponent controls. The theme also has a deadly finisher card in the form of "Straight Pierce", which complements the theme's bosses and can potentially deal OTK-resulting damage. In the event that the opponent proves to be more aggressive in play or refuses to play defensively, the theme can also make use of "Music Princess's Whirling Wind" to force the opponent into the defensive. Due to the deck's penchant for going all-in on plays during the Battle Phase, it can be vulnerable during the opponent's turn. The player then needs to rely on "Music Princess's Solo Performance" and/or "Music Princess Art - Triplet" to hopefully survive the turn and restart the offensive tactics on the next one.
