- In episode 22, Akiza Izinski uses this card during her Ground Duel against Commander Koda. After "Black Garden" Special Summons a Rose Token to Koda's side of the field due to Akiza summoning "Phoenixian Seed", Akiza activates this card to inflict 500 damage to Koda. After "Black Garden" Special Summons a Rose Token to Koda's side of the field due to Akiza Special Summoning "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" via the effect of "Phoenixian Seed", this card inflicts 500 damage to Koda. After "Black Garden" Special Summons a Rose Token to Koda's side of the field due to Akiza reviving "Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis" through its third effect, this card inflicts 500 damage to Koda. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 40, this card appears in a flashback Hideo has when he explains that he tried his best to spend time with Akiza Izinski as much as possible. Akiza uses this card during her Ground Duel against Hideo. When Hideo received a phone call and told Akiza he had to leave, Akiza got so angry she activates "Rose Flame" to inflict 500 damage to Hideo. Her powers took effect for the first time and Hideo was thrown back against a wall.
