"Mischief of the Gnomes":
  • Use this card to reduce the number of Tributes needed to Tribute Summon a Level 5, 6, or 7 monster.
    • This works for Level 6 monsters, since you can use both of this card's effects during the same turn.
    • This also works for Toon monster Decks, since their Special Summons require Tributes based on their Levels as well.
    • Combo with "A Legendary Ocean" to temporarily allow you to Normal Summon a Level 7 WATER monster.
  • Use this card to disrupt your opponent's potential Ritual/Synchro/Xyz Summons.
    • Alternatively, use this card to control your Summons of those varieties.
