Sportsdragon, known as Dragon's (ドラゴンズ Doragonzu) in Japaense, is a series of Dragon Type monsters used by Lucidien Kallister (and his manga counterpart) in the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS anime and manga, and Tatsumi Azuma in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel LP manga.

Members[edit]

With the exception of "Sportsdragon Kickbase Master", the monsters of this series are divided in groups of three, each playing a different kind of sport, and all members of them on a different position.

Playing style[edit]

The Sportsdragon series has three key points: "Sportsdragon Pitcher" and "Sportsdragon Slugger" setting up Tribute Summons, "Sportsdragon Defender" and "Sportsdragon Striker" helping get over opponent monsters as long as "Sportsdragon Keeper" is on the field, and the card advantage offered by "Sportsdragon Connection". It's advisable combining them with members of the Strike Dragon series and their Fusion Monsters, as the effects of "Defender" and "Striker" might make choosing one Multi-Choice Effect over the other even more beneficial (for example, "Striker" granting "Hyperstrike Dragon Dragiastar F" piercing, thus making it more profitable to choose its first Multi-Choice Effect even if the opponent only has Defense Position monsters on their field).
