Legend Card
A Legend Card (レジェンドカード Rejendo Kādo) is a type of card exclusive to Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel. Legend Cards are indicated by the icon .
Up to 1 Legend Card of each card type (Monster, Spell, and Trap) can be included in the same Deck.[1] Prior to January 1, 2023, only a single Legend Card (regardless of card type) could be included in a Deck.[2]
So far, all Legend Cards are OCG/TCG cards imported to the Rush Duel format. They usually have too-powerful effects, or excessively high ATK and/or DEF for their Levels, relative to other Rush Duel cards, though some of them receive specific support in exchange of the limitation.

DistributionEdit
Most Legend Cards are included as high-rarity pulls from booster packs. Deck Mod Packs always introduce a new Legend Monster Card each set, while side sets (such as the Maximum Ultra Packs) always introduce 2 new Legend Spells/Traps each. So far, all Legends included in Deck Mod Packs have been Rush Rares, with later sets also including them in Secret Rare; Legends in side sets have all been Secret Rares. Certain preconstructed decks have also introduced a handful of new Legend Cards in the form of randomized bonus card pools (for example, the Strongest Battle Deck +1 Bonus Card). Additionally, Legend Cards have also been introduced or reprinted as promotional cards in varying rarities.
Appearance in mediaEdit
AnimeEdit
In the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS and Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime, cards that appear as Legend Cards in the real-life game lack the Legend Icon. However, no Duelist (with the sole exception of Nomurandamas)[4] has used more than 1 Legend Card during a Rush Duel, though some Duelists have used multiple different Legend Cards across different Duels. As a reference to the real-life mechanic, characters sometimes mention these cards to be "legendary" in-universe.[5][6]
MangaEdit
Much like in the anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS Luke! Explosive Supremacy Legend!!, cards that appear as Legend Cards in the real-life game lack the Legend Icon. However, as both Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! andYu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel LP use the same card layout as the real-life Rush Duel cards, Legend cards that appear in the manga do include the Legend icon.
