January 2023 Lists (Simplified Chinese)
These are the January 2023 Forbidden and Limited Lists for the Simplified Chinese OCG, effective January 1, 2023.[1][2][3] One card, "Pot of Greed", was automatically set to Forbidden upon its release in the Simplified Chinese edition of The Pot Collection, which was available for preorder at Duelist Land from November 21, 2022 to January 27, 2023.[4]
Forbidden and Limited Lists exclusive to the Simplified Chinese OCG will only contain cards that have been printed in that language at the time the Lists were posted, and any cards newly added to these Lists will be Unlimited prior to their new statuses, unless stated otherwise. Furthermore, the Japanese Forbidden and Limited Lists will take precedence over the Simplified Chinese Lists for international OCG tournaments.
