Master Collections are collectors' sets in the. In the TCG, each includes a set of 6 Secret Rare promotional cards, 6 Booster Packs, and a binder. In the OCG, each includes a set of 4 Secret Rare promotional cards, 8 Booster Packs, and a binder.
