- This card can be searched by "Trap Trick", "Trap Track", "Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle", "Lilith, Lady of Lament", "Triple Tactics Thrust", "Angel of Blue Tears", "Farewelcome Labrynth", "Labrynth Set-Up", and other generic searchers.
- This card can be useful when a Field Spell Card is face-up, since most monsters will have ATK higher than their original ATK (though it depends on whether or not your opponent's monsters are affected).
- This card is a good card against a "Gravekeeper's" Deck, because "Necrovalley" increases the ATK of all "Gravekeeper's" monsters.
- You can use this card against Decks that use Fire Formation cards, such as Fire Fist.
- Non-dedicated Fire Fist Decks that might use Fire Formation - Tenki (and probably Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Bear) are Gladiator Beast, Bujin, and Fire King. Constellar, T.G., and X-Saber are other examples of decks that can use these cards, but are less likely to control a monster that benefits from the ATK boost.
