Mikako Komatsu is a Japanese voice actress.
She voices Kotori Mizuki (Tori Meadows) in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL.[2]
Prior to joining the ZEXAL production staff, Komatsu competed in tournaments during the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and 5D's eras, using "The Agent", "Monarch", and Counter Fairy Decks. Tori's Decks in the Tag Force series and other video games are directly based on her "The Agent" tournament Decks.
