- This card can be searched by "Deep Sea Prima Donna", "Eria the Water Charmer, Gentle", "Mermail Abyssalacia", "Mother Grizzly", "Ice Mirror", "Flying Red Carp", "Underworld Egg Clutch", "Shark Cruiser", "One for One", "Where Arf Thou?", "Jack-In-The-Hand", "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing", "Packet Link", "Mimiclay", "Serpentine Princess", "Battle Royal Mode - Joining", "Vampire Dragon", "Rescue Ferret", "Umbramirage the Elemental Lord", "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- When combined with "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" this card effectively shuts down many of your opponent's special summon strategies while still allowing you to perform them.
- This card works very well in an Ojama Deck, since all "Ojamas" have 0 ATK they'll still be Special Summoned, and with "Ojama Country" the ATK of "Ojama King" and "Ojama Knight" would become much higher than 1800, also, this card's ATK will be boosted to 1800.
- This card works well with "King Tiger Wanghu". First Summon this card to the field, then Summon "King Tiger Wanghu". Therefore, monsters with 1800 or more ATK cannot be Special Summoned and monsters with 1400 or less ATK are automatically destroyed. This leaves your opponent with very few options, but be careful as these effects are also applied to your field.
- If this card is used along "Numen erat Testudo", no monsters can be special summoned, rendering useless any decks that are focused on special summoning.
- With no ATK points and a decent DEF, this card can also be combined with "Heart of Clear Water" and "Wetlands".
- This card is easy to combine with "Stumbling" so you are not open to attack for the next turn.
Traditional Format
- This card can be searched by "Last Will".
