Seen through Reginald's flashbacks, all that is known about Mrs. Kastle is that she and the rest of her family were killed in a car accident when Reginald and Rio were children.[1] (their deaths are not mentioned in the dub) Additionally, both siblings survived, however it is later revealed that the souls of Nash and Marin allowed Reginald and Rio's bodies to survive the incident, both of which becoming the "new" Reginald and Rio, respectively.[2]
