• In episode 73, Sartorius uses this card during his duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. After Hassleberry gained control of "Arcana Force VIII - The Strength" through the latter's heads effect, Sartorius activates this card to reverse the direction of "Arcana Force VII - The Chariot" and "The Strength". This makes "The Chariot" right-side up and "The Strength" upside down. Since "The Strength" is now upside down, Sartorius gains control of every monster Hassleberry controls except "The Strength".
• In episode 104, Sartorius uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. When Jaden activates the effect of "Elemental HERO Grand Neos" to return "Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler" to Sartorius's hand, Sartorius activates this card to reverse the direction of "The Light Ruler", making it upside down. Due to the Tails effect of "The Light Ruler", the effect of "Grand Neos" is negated and it's destroyed. After that resolves, "The Light Ruler" loses 1000 ATK and Jaden draws one card. Jaden then activates "Reverse of Neos" to Special Summon "Neos" from his Deck with 1000 more ATK.
• In episode 171, Sartorius uses this card during his duel against Jaden. He uses this card to reverse the direction of "Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler", making it upside down.
• In the anime, this card affected all Arcana Force monsters on the field.
