New Year's Resolution Lists

These are the Forbidden and Limited Lists used for the Pegasus League New Year's Resolution Format, held from January 1 to February 28, 2010.

It is based on the September 2009 Lists. The "changes" column compares with that list and only acknowledges changes to cards that are legal in the New Year's Resolution Format.
