Design

Appearance

Personality

Zoroa is a calm and powerful mage. He seeks the "truth" of magic and tries to open Theurgy, the gate to other worlds, which would allow the world to brim with magic. However, Zoroa is manipulative, not telling his comrades that opening the gate would cause countless to die from the sudden overflow of magic. When his former comrades discover the truth and attempt to close the gate, Zoroa quickly goes to stop them, not caring if numerous people, plants, animals, and even his allies perish if it means creating a new era, which prompts Rilliona to accuse him of having no empathy.

Although Crowley's words suggest that Zoroa was friends with him, Endymion, and Rilliona, he had been manipulating them for his goals the entire time, and is willing to fight his former companions for the sake of his new world. Zoroa also hints that he has a slight soft spot for Aleister, as he assumed the two were alike.

Abilities

Zoroa is considered a powerful mage and is very intelligent. He is capable of teleportation, levitation, and uses flame-based magic for combat. His magic is very powerful, such as when he uses the Absolute Flame Divine Lance attack, Aleister claimed it is incomparable to the Magistus' own magic; when Endymion assumes it is power obtained from another world, Zoroa states that it is merely the true extent of his original power.
