November 2003 Lists
The November 2003 Forbidden and Limited Lists were Forbidden and Limited lists in the TCG, going into effect on November 17, 2003.[1]
This list updated the previous August 2003 list, adding two cards from the booster pack Magician's Force. This list was followed by the February 2004 Forbidden and Limited List.
Effective: November 17, 2003 – February 1, 2004
Limited
A maximum of one copy of each of these cards can be included in the Main Deck, Extra Deck, and Side Deck combined.
Semi-Limited
A maximum of two copies of each of these cards can be included in the Main Deck, Extra Deck, and Side Deck combined.
