In a flashback explained by Jinlong, the Numeron Dragon is a large, serpentine dragon resembling a Chinese dragon, with golden scales, a pair of antler-like horns glowing blue, and a pair of glowing blue eyes.

After being reborn into a "Number" monster, the Numeron Dragon resembles a golden Chinese dragon with golden scales, a pair of antler-like horns, a pair of nasal tendrils, and a pair of claws. Unlike the traditional Chinese dragon, however, it features a ring with six orbs of glowing light attached to its neck, pauldron-like shoulders, two pairs of gold-and-white wings embedded with glowing blue jewels, and a lower serpentine body made entirely of glowing light, framed by two spiraling tails

History

In the beginning of the universe, the Numeron Dragon was the first being to exist. As it was lonely, the Numeron Dragon used its power to create the universe, but it drained nearly all of its power and almost died in the process. Wishing to see the future of what it had created, the dragon used the last of its energy to shed a single tear, which contained all of its emotions and knowledge. The tear traveled through the cosmos and eventually impacted Earth, which buried the Numeron Code there and created the Moon. The Numeron Dragon then used the power of the "Numbers" to hide the Numeron Code's existence. Finally, it left a record inscribed in a tablet describing the Legend of the Dragons of Light and Time, detailing the location of the key to the Numeron Code before vanishing.[1]

After the final Duel between Kite Tenjo and Mizar on the Moon, the "Number" cards associated with the Numeron Dragon - "Number 46: Dragluon", "Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon", and "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" - resonated together and summoned the dragon from the Moon, its terms from the legend having been fulfilled. It was reborn into a "Number" card: "Number 100: Numeron Dragon".[2]
