• This monster appears in the artwork of "Pendulum Dimension".

• This monster is an upgraded Synchro Pendulum form of "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" and "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon".
  • The kanji 「覇（は）王（おう）白（はく）竜（りゅう）」 (Haōhakuryū, "Supreme King White Dragon") in this card's Japanese name is a reference to the white card frame of Synchro Monsters.

• This card is the Synchro counterpart of "Odd-Eyes Venom Dragon" and "Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon".

• This card was the last Synchro Monster to be Synchro Summoned in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.
  • This card was also one of the last Pendulum Monsters to be Pendulum Summoned in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime, along with "Odd-Eyes Venom Dragon", "Performapal Odd-Eyes Seer", and "Performapal Ignition Eagle".

• This card is the first Legal Scale 10 Pendulum Monster to have no negative Pendulum Effects or restrictions on the monsters can be Pendulum Summoned with this card and another Pendulum Monster.

• In the anime, this monster's right eye was green, and its left eye was red, while this monster is depicted with a red right eye and green left eye in its card artwork.

• This card name in Portuguese was translated wrong, since "Wing" in the in-game translations to Portuguese means "de Asas", like "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon" (which is in-game translated to Portuguese as "Dragão Sincro de Asas Transparentes") and, instead, it was translated as "Winged", that means "Alado" in in-game translations to Portuguese, like in "The Winged Dragon of Ra" (which is in-game translated to Portuguese as "O Dragão Alado de Rá"). So, its real in-game translation to Portuguese should be "Dragão de Asas de Olhos Anômalos" and not "Dragão Alado de Olhos Anômalos".
  • This is the second "Odd-Eyes" card to be mistranslated in-game to Portuguese. The first card to be mistranslated was "Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon", since its "Arc" name was never in-game translated to Portuguese (being translated as "Dragão Arc Pêndulo de Olhos Anômalos").
