His father [[Aknamkanon]] took forced him on a trip to an ancient tomb which Atem did not want to go but it was not a choice. Atem accidentally slipped and almost fell off the edge. He asked for his father's help , but he told Atem that he needed to be strong on his own and he was able to get back on the path. Once in the main tomb, his father made a deal with the monsters to spare his son from the repercussions of the horrible actions from the creation of the [[Millennium Items]].
