Premium Pack 12 is a Premium Pack in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG). It is the twelfth set in the OCG, following Premium Pack 11. It is followed by Premium Pack 13. While first available at a Jump Festa event held on December, 2009, this set didn't go on sale until March 20, 2010.

A lot of the latest cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's manga. Contains cards used by Jaden Yuki, Chazz Princeton, Reggie MacKenzie and Jim Crocodile Cook, Yusei Fudo and Sect Injuin. Provides support and new members for the "Elemental HERO" and "Cyber" archetypes as well as the Alligator series.
