Lists
"Petit Dragon" and "Fairy Dragon", two recolored counterparts, rendered in 3D in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses

The counterparts all appear in sequential order in the official card database. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories was the first medium to contain all one hundred, although a few of these monsters had been released in the OCG a few months before the game's release.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories, which was released later the same year, contained 3D models of each monster. The counterparts' similarity to their respective originals allowed them to be more easily rendered via palette swapping.
