Risa and her sisters are three witches who want to have the three "[[Hecate]]" cards. Risa Kageyama tries to take [[Yugi Mutou (Toei)|Yugi Mutou]]'s "[[Violet Hecate (Toei)|Violet Hecate]]" card, by pretending to be Yugi's friend. Yugi, with the [[Millennium Puzzle]] taken away from him, is forced into a ''[[Duel Monsters|Magic & Wizards]]'' game with Risa and her sisters.
