Rudolph Heitmann is a character in the Tag Force series. This is a video game depiction of Rudolph Heitmann, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.

The character is known as Vice Principal Heitmann (ハイトマン教頭きょうとう, Haitoman Kyōtō) in the Japanese release of the game.

Heitmann can always be found outside of Duel Academy. Upon being talked to, he will tell the player about cards with alternate artworks, and he offers to give the player 1 such card every time the player wins at a lottery. The player can participate in the lottery by paying 100 or 200 DP, having a 1-in-3 chance of winning if paying 100 DP or a 1-in-2 chance if paying 200 DP.

Heitmann gives 1 copy of the following cards to the player, always in the same order, and with the exception of the last card, the cards are the same in both Tag Force 5 and Tag Force 6. The last card in Tag Force 5 is "Jinzo", while in Tag Force 6 the last card is "Number 34: Terror-Byte".
