Scarr, Scout of Dark World is a soldier in the Dark World Army that is headed by Brron, Mad King of Dark World. Jaden Duels him in order to defend a young boy named Kyle in the second alternate dimension. Despite his "Fusion Devourer" reducing the ATK of Fusion Monsters it battles to 0 and his Spell and Trap Cards focusing on locking down other means of Summoning, Scarr is easily defeated by Jaden.

In the dub, his speech resembles that of Damon who is based on Tarzan in that he speaks in mostly broken English and refers to himself in the third person, replacing "I" with "me".
