Senshi Teshima is a character appearing in the Tag Force games.
In the English version, his name is changed to Walter, who is a character from the Tag Force GX games, known as Takafumi Kai in the Japanese version.

サテライト在住の少年。
地域一帯に名を轟かせるガキ代将。 自己主張が強く粗暴で、周囲の子供たちから「永久に借りておくだけだ」とカードを取り上げ、自分のデッキを強化している。
自己中心的で自分勝手な言動が目立つが、実は友達が欲しいがゆえの裏返しでおり、子分扱いしている友達がピンチになると相手が大人でも向かっていく男気を持っている。
A boy who lives in Satellite.
Has made himself a name in the area with his strong self-assertion and his infamous knack of strengthening his Deck by "borrowing forever" cards from the other children.
His notorious selfish and egotistical behavior hide it well, but he actually wants friends, and he is fiercely protective of his henchmen.

一帯の子供たちのヒエラルキーの頂点にいる、いわゆるガキ大将。
自己主張が強く、野蛮で乱暴。 欲しいものは殴ってでも手に入れるし、やりたいことを我慢することなどめったにない。 気に入ったカードを使う子供がいれば、永久に貸せ！と、取り上てデッキを組んでいる。 とはいえ子分と思っている子供やお年寄りを邪険に扱う人間は許さないようで、大人相手でも立ち向かう。
歌をうたうのが大好きなのだが、その歌声は音響兵器なみの破壊力をもつ。 また、そのことに本人は気づいていないどころか美声であると信じて疑わない。
彼としては自分のためだけでなく、本心から聴衆を喜ばせるために歌っているのだが、理解される日は遠い。

The head honcho in the hierarchy of the urchins in the area.
Quite aggressive and with strong self-assertion. Does things as he feels like it, and does not like to be defied. Has a nasty tendency to "borrow forever" cards from other children to strengthen his Deck. However, he does not tolerate anyone who messes with the elderly or with his henchmen, and will confront anyone who does it.
Loves singing, but his singing voice is less a voice and more an acoustic weapon with notable destructive power. He does not know that, however, and actually believes he is a great singer. He likes singing to his henchmen, and it will take him a long time to realize they do not like it.
