Deck

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, during the Battle City arc, Seto Kaiba plays a Deck that was fills with various monster Type that have huge ATK power. The Deck also features the use of the Union monsters like "Y-Dragon Head" and "Z-Metal Tank", and the Normal Monster "X-Head Cannon" to fuse either two out of the three monsters together or all three together as one.

In Duel Generation, the Duelist Construct plays a Deck called XYZ-Dragon which borrow the idea of using the Union monsters from Kaiba's Decks and use them to bring out their various Fusion forms. In addition, this Deck does indeed have monster with various Types and they do have high ATK power just like Kaiba's Deck. The signature card "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" have no effect, but there us handful of cards that only "Blue-Eyes" can used. These cards are "A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon", "Burst Stream of Destruction" and "Dragon's Rage". "Wingbeat" can be used on "Blue-Eyes" as it is a Level 5 or higher Dragon monster to destroy all Spells and Traps on the field while "Burst Stream" can destroy all monsters on the opponent's field though "Blue-Eyes" can't attacked after "Burst Stream" is used this turn. "Dragon's Rage" can affect Dragon in this Deck to gain a piercing effect when they attacked a Defense Position monster. Many of the Spells and Traps are situational and there are only one copies of each cards, except for "Roll Out!", these cards can only be used once.

After the player defeat Kaiba's XYZ-Dragon Deck three times, the next difficulty and Deck is unlocked. This Deck features cards from the Saga of Blue-Eyes White Dragon Structure Deck which Kaiba didn't used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series though he does use the card "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" who is a part of that Structure Deck.

The Blue-Eyes Deck focuses on Summoning the signature card "Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon" by using the various Level 1 Tuners and a Level 8 non-Tuner Normal Dragon monster to Synchro Summon it. "Azure-Eyes" can prevent any Dragon during the time of this card's activation to not be targeted by card effects nor destroyed by cards effect until the end of the next turn. Then during the user's Standby Phase, "Azure-Eyes" can Special Summon a Normal Monster from the Graveyard onto the field. The only Normal Monsters in this Deck are "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Rabidragon" and "Flamvell Guard". "Blue-Eyes" and "Rabidragon" are both Level 8 Normal Dragon while "Flamvell Guard" is a Level 1 Normal Dragon Tuner. This Deck features a lot of Dragon support that focuses on reviving Dragon monster from the Graveyard onto the field, and as such, the Level 8 Dragon in this Deck can also be used as Xyz Material for "Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis" and "Thunder-End Dragon". Both Xyz Monsters can detach their material to destroy card on the field.
