Seto Kaiba (海馬瀬人, Kaiba Seto) is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Evolution and Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Accelerator. This is a video game depiction of Seto Kaiba, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Evolution, he was added in-game on September 6, 2007 (PST), and could be found in the "Kaiba Corp. R&D Lab" area in any "Domino City"-themed lobby. However, he could not be Dueled until the player defeated one of the following opponents at least 5 times: gouk, KC Dragon, or Miss Scout.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Accelerator, Kaiba was available from the game's launch, but could not be Dueled until the player defeated one of the following opponents a certain number of times: gouk (7 times), KC Dragon (7 times), Miss Scout (3 times), or Miss Shadow (4 times).

Kaiba and Yugi are the greatest of rivals; taking on each other in the most heated of Duels.
Kaiba's favourite strategy is to construct a power deck around 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" cards with which he likes to completely obliterate his opponents.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Evolution, the player could earn the following rewards from defeating Kaiba a certain amount of times:[Notes 1]

  • 5 times: 1 copy of "Vorse Raider" (alternate artwork version)
  • 8 times, then completing 1 more Duel against Kaiba:[Notes 2] the "Roar of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon" Deck recipe (cards not included)
  • 13 times, then completing 1 more Duel against Kaiba: 1 copy of "King Dragun"
  • 16 times, then completing 2 more Duels against Kaiba: "The Ultimate Dragon" Deck recipe (cards not included)
  • 21 times, then completing 2 more Duels against Kaiba: 1 copy of "Vampire Lord"
  • 24 times: "THE KC OPERATIVE" title
  • 24 times, then completing 3 more Duels against Kaiba: the Kaiba's Garms accessory and 'The Reign of "Obelisk"' Deck recipe (cards not included)
  • 200 times: the "KAIBA FAN" title

The player could also earn "THE DWEEB" title from losing to Kaiba 20 times.

Duel AcceleratorEdit

In Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Accelerator, the player could earn the following rewards from defeating Kaiba a certain amount of times:

  • 14 times: 1 untradable copy of "Vorse Raider" (alternate artwork version)
  • 20 times: the "Roar of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon" Deck recipe (cards not included)
  • 45 times: 1 untradable copy of "King Dragun"
  • 55 times: "The Ultimate Dragon" Deck recipe (cards not included)
  • 90 times: 1 untradable copy of "Vampire Lord"
  • 105 times: 'The Reign of "Obelisk"' Deck recipe (cards not included), in addition to the Kaiba's Garms (male) accessory and "THE KC OPERATIVE" title
  • 200 times: the "KAIBA FAN" title

The player could also earn "THE DWEEB" title from losing to Kaiba 50 times.

DecksEdit

A power deck including monsters such as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Vorse Raider". Kaiba uses cards such as "Paladin of White Dragon" and "Birthright" to summon the "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and uses it in conjunction with cards such as "Burst Stream of Destruction" to maximize its effect.


A dragon based deck including high level monsters such as the "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon". Kaiba makes use of his high level monsters as well as cards such as "Crush Card Virus" and "Deck Devastation Virus" to good effect in destroying his opponents. [sic]


A deck containing one of the Egyptian god cards "Obelisk the Tormentor". The "Fist of Fate" will strike down anyone that dares stand in its way.
