The Signers or "People of the Stars" are the only group that can summon the legendary Crimson Dragon, the embodiment of the red star. There are five people in the world that have the dragon birthmarks and five dragons that fit into the legend. Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlus are the only ones known to have the dragon birthmarks. Stardust Dragon, Red Archfiend's Dragon and Black Rose Dragon are the only three dragons known so far.
