Speed Counter

Speed Counters are only used in Riding Duels. This kind of counter is used by "Speed World", which automatically prevents the either player from being able to activate Spell Cards that do not have "Speed Spell" in it's card name. The Speed Counters themselves are used to dictate what "Speed Spell" Spell Cards can be played by the controller of that "Speed World", with the counters being used as payment to activate that card, some costing more than others. These counters are referred to on the D-Wheel's display monitor as "SPC".
