In episode 150, Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Alister. Since Kaiba had two cards in his hand when this card was activated, he draws three cards.
In episode 178, Kaiba uses this card during his tag duel with Yami Yugi against Dartz. Since Kaiba had no cards in his hand when this card was activated, he draws five cards.

In episode 195, Kaiba uses this card during his duel against Zigfried von Schroeder. Since Kaiba had no cards in his hand when this card was activated, he draws five cards.

In episode 200, Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Yami Bakura. Since Kaiba had one card in his hand when this card was activated, he draws four cards.

Kaiba uses this card during his Duel against Yami Yugi. Since Kaiba had no cards in his hand when this card was activated, he drew five cards. Five turns after Kaiba activates this card, its second effect activates, forcing Kaiba to discard "Spear Dragon" to the Graveyard. This increases the ATK of "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" to 4800.
- This is the only known instance where Kaiba had to discard his entire hand to the Graveyard due to this card's effect. In all other instances, the duel would end for Kaiba before this card's side effect would activate.

In the non-canon duel World Championship 2016 Special: Yugi vs. Kaiba, Seto Kaiba uses this card in his Duel against Yugi Muto. He activates it to draw until he has five cards in his hand. Later, Yugi activates "Double Spell" to copy the effect for himself, drawing five cards.
