The Student Council is a organization within the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime which is led by the president Carlyle Chesterton.
Carlyle was angered that Yuma was elected class representative. Under the control of Girag, he created the student council's disciplinarian program and selected Caswell to be the chief. Yuma was able to defeat Carlyle in a Duel and end the disciplinarian program.[1]
At the end of the series, Rio Kastle was appointed as the new disciplinarian, as she detained Yuma for being late for class.[2]
