• In episode 51, Zane Truesdale uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He uses this card to send his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Deck to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Cyber End Dragon". This card is later destroyed when Zane activates "De-Fusion" to return "Cyber End Dragon" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard. In the next episode, Jaden activates "Spy Hero" to take this card from Zane's Graveyard and add it to his own hand. Jaden then activates this card to send "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" and "Elemental HERO Clayman" from his Deck to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster". This card is later destroyed when Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to send "Rampart Blaster" to his Graveyard and Special Summon "Clayman" and "Burstinatrix" from his Graveyard.
• In episode 65, Zane uses this card during his Duel against Mad Dog. He activates this card to send two "Cyber Dragons" from his Deck to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Cyber Twin Dragon". Mad Dog then activates "Jammer Slime" to negate the activation of this card and destroy it by discarding "Draw Slime" from his hand.
• In episode 83, Zane uses this card during his duel against Chancellor Sheppard. He uses this card to send his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Deck to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Cyber End Dragon". This card is later destroyed when Zane activates "De-Fusion" to return his "Cyber End Dragon" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Graveyard.
• In episode 128, Zane uses this card during his duel against Jesse Anderson. He activates this card by sending his three "Cyber Dragons" from his Deck to the Graveyard. On Zane's second Standby Phase after this card's activation, this card Fusion Summons "Cyber End Dragon". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
  • This duel marked the first time that this card used its original TCG/OCG effect.
• In episode 160, Trueman uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He uses this card to send "Des Volstgalph", "Rare Metal Dragon", "Spear Dragon", "Spirit Ryu", and "Infernal Dragon" from his deck to the Graveyard in order to Fusion Summon "Five-Headed Dragon" on his second Standby Phase after the activation of this card. On Trueman's second Standby Phase after this card's activation, this card Fusion Summons "Five-Headed Dragon". After the "Five-Headed Dragon" Fusion Summoned through this card's effect is Tributed for the effect of "Thousand Punisher", this card is destroyed.
• In episode 173, Syrus Truesdale is seen dropping this card after he is defeated by Trueman (who was disguised as Taigo Sorano at the time).

• Helio, Houten, Roy and Salida Noula use this in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator. Helio uses it to Summon "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and "F.G.D.", Houten uses it to Summon "F.G.D." and Salida uses it to Summon "Alkana Knight Joker".
