AppearanceEdit
As a Duelist Construct, her appearance is based on Téa Gardner, and the outfit is what she wore during her time at Domino High School in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.
EtymologyEdit
Her English name "Téa" is a shortened form of "Dorothea" or "Theodora" means "gift of the god" while her surname "Gardner" could be a corruption of the word "guard" or "the one who guard", reflecting her role as Yugi's "guardian" to some degree. It's also possible that her name is a joke on Tea and Gardening. Her non-English name refer to her as "Tea", instead of "Téa".
RewardsEdit
There are a total of six rewards that the player can earn and received after defeating the Duel Construct in a Duel. The first two rewards are cards that come from the Duel Construct's Deck and the third reward is a recipe for their Deck. Then the fourth, fifth and sixth rewards repeated the same process of the three earlier rewards, but in a harder difficulty with a different Deck. In addition, the sixth reward will allow the player to have the Duel Construct's avatar and the ability to Duel them anytime between the two difficulty.
Since Téa is the first opponent that the player faced in Campaign mode, they could receive the achievement First of Many which is unlocked by winning their first Duel.

DeckEdit
In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, during the the Duelist Kingdom arc, Téa plays a Fairy theme Deck as many of her monster cards have the Fairy-Type. Most of the Fairy cards in her Deck have low ATK power (her strongest Level 4 has 1400 ATK) and the concept of the Deck was to raise their ATK by using Spell Cards.
In Duel Generation, the Duelist Construct plays a Deck called Angel Fairy and it also borrows the idea of using Fairy-Type monsters. This Deck has Fairy cards with low ATK power and there are a couple of cards that can increase their ATK like "Hoshiningen" (500 ATK) or "Rush Recklessly" (700 ATK). Her strongest monsters are "Gyakutenno Megami" & "Orion the Battle King" (1800 ATK) whose Summoning require a single Tribute in order to be played. The main concept behind this Deck is to increase her Life Points by using various card effects.

After the player defeats Téa's Angel Fairy Deck three times, the next difficulty and Deck is unlocked. If the player manages to unlock this part early, they will be introduced to the concept of Xyz Summoning. The "Madolche" archetype isn't a Deck that Téa used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.
The Madolche Deck has a unique style on recovery and swarming the field with monsters. Each "Madolche" monster has the effect of returning to the Deck after being sent to the Graveyard and some "Madolche" monsters can Special Summon other "Madolche" monsters from either their hand or Deck. The recovery part comes from the card "Madolche Chateau" which allows the "Madolche" monster to be added to the hand whenever they are sent to the Graveyard and the Trap Card "Madolche Lesson" which can shuffle "Madolche" monsters in the Graveyard back into the Deck. Another way to swarm the field comes from cards like "Madolchepalooza" and "Ultimate Offering" which can Special Summon the "Madolche" monsters from the hand to the field. The signature card of the Deck "Madolche Queen Tiaramisu" is a troublesome monster to counter, as its monster effect can return any "Madolche" cards to the Deck and for each one returned, any of the player's cards on the field are returned into the Deck. In addition, if "Madolche Chateau" was present on the field when the effect of "Tiaramisu" was activated, then the cards would instead be in the hand, and furthermore, "Madolche Ticket" can Special Summon a "Madolche" monster from the Deck as "Tiaramisu" is a Fairy-Type monster.
