Source[edit]

Source? The fact that this booster pack dosen't currently have a image up bugs me along with its name, I just don't buy the tachyon galaxy name. If anyone could tell me where this information is coming from that would make me alot more convinced.

Here, Here and here. --E.G.G. (My Contributions) 09:10, October 31, 2012 (UTC)

Pack name[edit]

Like with Galactic Overlord being mistakenly assumed to be named "Galactic Overload", perhaps this pack is "Lord of the Tachyongalaxy? (Unless there is a reason I don't know of that actually states or at least implies that it is in fact "Road") -Bhigpx (talkcontribs) 20:27, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

I'd buy that. It sounds a lot better too. I guess we'll have to wait and see. --> Summoned Skull 2: Electric Boogaloo 20:33, November 13, 2012 (UTC)
Also the Pojo link up there ^ claims that it's "Lord". --> --> Summoned Skull 2: Electric Boogaloo 20:35, November 13, 2012 (UTC)
"Tachyongalaxy" is definitely two words. [1] 70.79.84.206 (talk) 08:22, December 21, 2012 (UTC)

Features[edit]

Where is that info coming from? Is it a translation of something or was it made-up? Because it reads like a really bad ZEXAL advertisement. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 16:43, November 14, 2012 (UTC) --Deathpyre (talkcontribs) 01:41, November 21, 2012 (UTC) I'm very skeptical about Konami implementing balance. Odds are balance is something like a water-imprisoning mirror.

Minor Edits[edit]

"Yu-gi-oh ZEXAL" not linked.ZEXALDragon7 (talkcontribs) 03:48, December 8, 2012 (UTC)

I noticed that you guys had a Fire Fist monster counted as an XYZ an Fire Fist XYZ as an effect monster. That is swapped. They are right below each other towards the bottom of the page. Just wanted to make sure you noticed. TechGenusMaster (talkcontribs) 18:19, December 17, 2012 (UTC)

Tachyon Galaxy[edit]

It looks like the name is Tachyon Galaxy not Tachyongalaxy. Should we remame it ?--Veriteo (talkcontribs) 11:09, December 21, 2012 (UTC)

It's clearly Tachyon Galaxy from the image. Move completed. Blackwings0605 (talk) 11:20, December 21, 2012 (UTC)

second ghost rare in this set?[edit]

second ghost/holigraphic rare?

i dont know if its confirmed or if its just a mistate but Number C105: Burning Knuckler - Caestus the Comet states that its also going to be ghost/hollographic rare on the card info page

is this true or is it just a mistake that someone needs to fix?

if that is true its kool that they r now doing 2 ghost rares per pack and he will look kick ass as a ghost rare

cant wait to see what the rest of the pack holds

armityle2013----

That's impossible.--Power32840 (talkcontribs) 20:45, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
It is very likely not going to happen and until there is a source that actually proves that it is true, the page should reflect that there is only one Holographic Rare, aka Ghost Rare. Axel Shiokawa (talkcontribs) 23:44, January 20, 2013 (UTC)

What happened?[edit]

What happened to the TCG-only cards part to the card list?--Computer Bug (talkcontribs) 02:07, April 11, 2013 (UTC)

My bad. I was adding card numbers to the list and accidentally deleted it. I'll fix it. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 02:28, April 11, 2013 (UTC)

69[edit]

When I read it I cried: WHAT?! (although I'm not english XD) Number 69 is in this pack?! really? this is a great news! --XBrain130™ Xブレイン130」 11:52, May 3, 2013 (UTC)

This page has the E dragons listed as rares but their is no proof for this and it is purely speculation

E drags as Rares[edit]

This page has the 4 e dragons listed as rares. This is purely speculation and has no proof. It is just a random german forum that says they are rare but has other incorret info on the same page. As we do not truly know the rarities please remove this info. — This unsigned comment was made by 69.136.181.19 (talkcontribs)

What other mistakes did they have (besides names)? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 22:10, May 4, 2013 (UTC)
Image proof. (Diclonus (talkcontribs) 21:34, May 6, 2013 (UTC))

They were missing many names, rarities that we already had knowledge of yet they lacked. If they truly new info why only on those 4 cards and less than we do on everything else.69.136.181.19 (talk) 23:08, May 4, 2013 (UTC)

I agree, as there are no real evidence about them being rare or a decent image of them.Jaggo 80 (talkcontribs) 12:51, May 6, 2013 (UTC)

Seven Sword, Cardinal, Kerykeion rarities[edit]

Seven Sword Star seems to be SR (although i can't see the name in the picture) Cardinal SCR Kerykeion SR (maybe Sombre too, but no proof)

[Picture removed]

LukeRandi (talkcontribs) 21:22, May 6, 2013 (UTC)

Seven Sword Star is a SR, not a Secret Rare. There is a picture here with it and the lettering is that of a super, not a secret. Diamond holograms are not present in the foil of the card, either http://forum.duelingnetwork.com/index.php?/topic/75450-elemental-dragons-are-rare/page__st__75 --Phoenix25 (talkcontribs) 22:54, May 6, 2013 (UTC)

Confirmed Holos[edit]

Card Names[edit]

Why are the japanese card names the same as the english card names? --TheGallisMan 22:16, May 9, 2013 (UTC)
Could you list all the example you could find? That would be appreciated. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 00:23, May 10, 2013 (UTC)
Yeah, sure. For example, Battlin' Boxers are known as Burning Knucklers, Brotherhood of the Fire Fist are Flame Star, Dragon Rulers are the Elemental Dragons and many other card names. These are wrong:
  • LTGY-JP017 Battlin' Boxer Glassjaw
  • LTGY-JP018 Battlin' Boxer Sparrer
  • LTGY-JP019 Battlin' Boxer Switchitter
  • LTGY-JP020 Battlin' Boxer Counterpunch
  • LTGY-JP024 Mecha Phantom Beast Stealthray
  • LTGY-JP026 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Wolf
  • LTGY-JP027 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Leopard
  • LTGY-JP028 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Rhino
  • LTGY-JP029 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Buffalo
  • LTGY-JP030 Mermail Abyssocea
  • LTGY-JP031 Fortune of Prophecy
  • LTGY-JP033 Legendary Atlantean Tridon
  • LTGY-JP034 Fire King Avatar Garunix
  • LTGY-JP036 Altitude Knight
  • LTGY-JP038 Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders
  • LTGY-JP039 Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls
  • LTGY-JP040 Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos
  • LTGY-JP041 Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms
  • LTGY-JP042 Risebell the Star Adjuster
  • LTGY-JP049 Ice Beast Zerofyne
  • LTGY-JP050 Battlin' Boxer Lead Yoke
  • LTGY-JP051 Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Star Cestus
  • LTGY-JP052 Number C105: Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus
  • LTGY-JP053 Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack
  • LTGY-JP054 Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Cardinal
  • LTGY-JP055 Harpie's Pet Phantasmal Dragon
  • LTGY-JP056 King of the Feral Imps
  • LTGY-JP058 Magnum Shield
  • LTGY-JP061 Scramble!! Scramble!!
  • LTGY-JP066 Sacred Sword of Seven Stars
  • LTGY-JP067 Jewels of the Valiant
  • LTGY-JP070 Memory Loss
  • LTGY-JP074 Do a Barrel Roll
  • LTGY-JP078 High Tide on Fire Island
  • LTGY-JP080 Dragoncarnation

Maybe I've forgotten a few. --TheGallisMan 22:25, May 10, 2013 (UTC)

What do you mean exactly? I thought you meant the translation paramater on each of the card pages, but I've checked a few, and they seem to reflect the Japanese translated name (and if they aren't there already, it usually means the TCG name also serves as the translated name). Do you mean the fact that we use the TCG names for cards that are listed in the Japanese list of cards for LTGY? --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 22:36, May 10, 2013 (UTC)
Yes, that's what i mean. Cards, which are listed in the japanese card list with TCG names. For example, Brotherhood of the Fire Fist are known in OCG as Flame Star, not as Fire Fist. Or Prophecy are Magical. --TheGallisMan 14:40, May 11, 2013 (UTC)
That's because we use the TCG names for the Japanese card list. 31.11.101.253 (talk) 14:44, May 11, 2013 (UTC)
But why? The OCG card names are different than the TCG names! --TheGallisMan 17:44, May 11, 2013 (UTC)
Konami translates/localizes the card names so that's what they are called here. They define what the Japanese card names would be like in our culture. There was an example of "Gagaga Gunman", in which Jerome McHale explained in a Pojo thread that it was renamed to "Cowboy" since "Gunman" has a bad connotation attached to it in North America. In any case, the "original name" is still preserved in the Japanese Set Card Lists, albeit in kanji. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 20:50, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
Yes, but that is not the reason why we use them. It isn't because of settling culture differences. It's just consensus that we do. I don't think it has any special reason. However, I am for using the TCG names because most people wouldn't recognize the translated name. 190.124.165.194 (talk) 21:20, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
Oh, Gallis Man, stop buggin' around - This is English Wikia, not damn Japan Wikia. We are using English Name, Word, and language in this site. If you want to using Japan Names, go to Japan Wikia version and post there instead of here. --iFredCat 21:48, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
If people want to find out the literal translation for a Japanese card name, they can look for it on its card page. Otherwise, the literal translated name has no business being disseminated elsewhere if an official TCG name has been established for it. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 22:19, May 13, 2013 (UTC)
