For whatever reason, his design was used as the "generic teacher design" for Tag Force. So we got Mimicry, [[Lioside]], [[Dean]], [[Hose]], [[Georg]] and [[Wade]]. So really, speculation on which one of the TF guys the anime guy might be is pretty pointless. He's more or less a separate character (who I need to get around to making an article for).
