dont know if this is but here it is Synrcho Dimension City (The Twinke Star in the Skies 09:15, April 5, 2015 (UTC))

As long it's not confirmed it is (the same) Neo Domino City we must not add it. It's not even confirmed that it is the Synchro Dimension (although it's very likely)

Same Story with the Fusion Dimension Dual Academy, not confirmed it is the same place so we must make a separate article about it, same goes for this Neo Domino City (if it is really Neo Domino City(very likely))
