Only User:YRPOtaku169's comment is relevant. Talk Pages are only for the discussion on how to improve the article. And no, you shouldn't be saying "Level 13" you should be saying "Rank 13" =/. Also, yes it appears to be real. One last thing: There's no precedent for a Rank 13 monster (if they add a 13th Rank Star, they're going to have to shrink the sizes of the other Rank Stars to compensate, or invent another way to accomplish this); it might very well be a Rank 12 monster with an effect that automatically increases its Rank by 1, or whatever. Everybody say that are impossible a rank/level 13 monster exits. But they are wrong, reminding, Greed Quasar can level up to 13 or beyond, Synchro Hero can up the level of the monster but don't put a limit like (max. 12). Also Eliphas, the user of this card is a god, he is omnipotent and the impossible are possible to him, also the shining draw can do the impossible creating powerful card and adding then to the owner hand. Finishing 13 is not impossible, in Zexal haves more chance of a improbable thing occurs than all others series (haves the Zexal, Re-contract universe and all other incredible things that inverts drastically the game situation.)--Dragonempeorslayer (talk • contribs) 01:46, September 6, 2013 (UTC)

We're saying there has never been a monster before with 13 printed Level/Rank Stars before. Now come to think of it, cards with 12 Level Stars can easily add 1 more Star to the left. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 02:45, September 6, 2013 (UTC)

The One And Only Rank 13Edit

When you think about how hard to summon this card is, it is easy to see that its effects are not as powerful as cards like Shooting Quasar Dragon or Red Nova Dragon. My first point is, if the opponent does not control any Xyz monster or does not summon any, this card won't gain any overlay units thus keeping it at 5200 ATK with the worst luck (To summon this card you need to use atleast to Rank-Up Magics, from any Rank 10 Xyz Monster to Mahes, from Mahes to Amen, and that is thinking that the enemy didn't neagte any of your summons). My second point is that this card is easy to remove from the field (Compulsory Evacuation Device, Dimensional Prison etc.) It can't protect itself by any negating effects as it doesn't have such effects. This card being targetable makes it easy to defeat. Overall, I was expecting something better.--Umurhanx (talk • contribs) 10:26, September 15, 2013 (UTC)
