Manga effect uses to be modified when the card is released in the OCG, and most of the cards even arent. And yes, Koron-chan treats Fran Ken as a female. Oh, i'm deeply sorry. I went to Neo Ark Cradle. That is indeed its lore (according to them) and it is indeed a female. It also appears that Princess Koron-chan also has number 14. And I know that the card isn't shaped by my opinion.
