Changes - Victory DragonEdit

Victory Dragon (VD) isnt mentioned under "Changes".
VD isnt on the April_2006_Lists but is on September_2006_Lists_(TCG).
i conclude that VD was amongst the new entries for September_2006_Lists_(TCG).
note that the UDE-reference forgot to mention this too (and thus wikia repeated that mistake).

another question: what was VD's previous status? "did not exist" or "unlimited"?

did he even exist in the TCG anno 1st September 2006? i dunno, this seems odd to me...

You can see if "Victory Dragon" was released by checking its page; the dates are there.
