No basis
There is No basis for this list as of August 19th 2009. Konami has not yet released the new ban/restricted list. This was taken almost word for word from POJO FORUMS. I am not sure what is right and what is not, but I will not change my decks until I have to. The link I followed I came across through this forum, not sure what is valid and what is not.
