First appearance

So rewatching GX, I noticed that this monster's "first appearance" was actually in Sartorius' future vision shown to Jaden (in episode 103)? It appears as a silhouette, but you can make out enough details to see it is actually Ultimate Nightmare. Should I ammend anything in regards to this?
