<!--Mrs. Drone crashes at the Road Laboratory.-->
Prioria Sweetalina greets all the modern people sitting in front of their TVs, explaining that the Goha Rush Duel Team Battle Royal will be held at Goha Stadium; this is a Rush Dueling tournament sponsored by Goha Enterprises, who will officially crown the winner the King of Duels; and she's so excited that she's getting fired up. As Goha Enterprises Drones and applicants alike swarm around Goha Stadium, Romin asks if all these people will be entering the tournament. Gavin notes that it seems so, and Luke spots Saburamen's team; him, Briscoe and Sushiko, Scoop's team, who are interviewing Janko Entant and his Student Council aides from Goha #6 Elementary, Diggs's team (with Tracker striding proudly in front of him and Trench, the Duelstronauts and the Post-Apocalyptic Trio...and Rush Duel Soft Serve and Grilled Rush, two desserts he eagerly begins chowing down on, much to Romin's exasperation as Yuga and Gavin smile nervously. But Romin is soon drawn in by mascots Kid Goha and Lil' Rush, and Gavin can only praise the marketing, admitting that a Goha-sponsored tournament is on an entirely different scale. As Yuga agrees, Luke tells him that he can always be a starting player for their team if he changes his mind about entering the tournament. Yuga reassures Luke that he's fine just cheering them on, but Luke tells him not to be shy; Gavin could step down and become the head of their cheering squad, or Romin could be a cheerleader. Neither Gavin or Romin are happy with that, but as Luke boasts about having a specialized cheering squad of seventy people, Yuga, Romnin and Gavin all notice a tall man in a cloak walking through the crowd, and they hurry off and leave Luke to his boasting.
+
At the Road Laboratory Gavin laments that Luke's memory just isn't returning as he, Yuga and Romin recall Luke's shocked reaction to learning "The Lukeman" had used "Fusion" against Yuo. Romin asks where Luke is now and Yuga explains he claimed he would find "Fusion" no matter what. They then hear Mrs. Drone shakily calling Yuga's name as she slowly falls towards them and crashes into the ground. Yuga recognizes her as the Goha Enterprises Drone that was with Yuran and Mrs. Drone begs Yuga to repair her as she crackles with electricity, much to his surprise, and she claims she needs to save young master Yuran.

<!--Roa shows up at the library to talk with Mimi. (the shot of Roa, Mimi and Swirls with Roa accidentally backing Mimi up against the desk)-->
In Goha Stadium, Goha's secretary comments on the notion of using the popularity of Rush Duels to help Goha Enterprises given that they have grown too big to be destroyed and admits his amazement at the idea. The President Drone simply chuckles, and the secretary adds that Goha Enterprises can simply claim to have spontaneously created Rush Dueling, as the cries of an insect like Yuga Ohdo would be drowned out by the general public. The President Drone chuckles again, and Goha's secretary interprets it as a request for a Mitarashi Rush Duel take-out <!--I really want to say takeaway-->from the Food corner and heads off to fulfil Goha's request. As the secretary leaves, Mimi muses that the secretary thought the tournament was her idea and asks the President Drone if it has discovered who sent the notebook that contained the tournament proposal, and the President Drone admits that it hasn't, having been trying to discreetly probe the employees. Mimi wonders who sent it, but is shocked when Yuga sees her and immediately identifies her, though he, Romin and Gavin think that she's just cosplaying as Kid Goha. Gavin asks if she saw a suspicious-looking man come this way, Yuga adding that he might be trying to disrupt the tournament, but as Mimi tries to dispel their belief she's under the cloak and helmet she remembers the title of Yuga's notebook; "A Notebook of All the Secrets of Rush Duels", while the proposal was titled "My Best, Most Awesome Plan". Believing the titles to be too similar she rips off the President Drone and asks Yuga if the tournament was his idea. Yuga admits that it wasn't, but is surprised to learn that the tournament wasn't Goha Enterprises's idea, and a shocked Mimi jams the President Drone backwards on her head, sweating profusely. Fortunately for Mimi, Prioria announces that it's almost time for team registrations and she encourages everyone to sign up, and Luke finally finds his friends and urges them to come and sign up with him, leaving Mimi to sweatdrop under the President Drone.

At Goha Library Swirls is reading SEVENS as Mimi thinks back to the mask she saw Luke wearing and urges herself to use her thirty-seven year old memory to remember it. Roa then arrives, Mimi and Swirls initially blinded by his brilliance, and Roa asks Mimi if she's doing well. Mimi promptly cheers Roa's name and almost runs to him, but stops herself as she remember she's a member of the RSFC, or the "Roa-sama Fan Club". According to Rule 61, Article 3, whenever a fanclub member is fortunate enough to be in Roa's vicinity, they must always keep a moderate distance away. Roa tilts his head in interest as Mimi recalls that the "moderate distance" id defined as Roa's height and is also known as the "Roa-sama distance" and she vows to be the model of a fan of Roa. Roa doesn't realize what Mimi is doing and unintentionally backs Mimi up against her desk as he approaches her, explaining he wanted to ask her something, but then he spots Swirls. Swirls shyly reminds Roa he was with him at the Goha Meteor Shower and after remembering, Roa asks if they saw Luke's Duel the other day. Mimi confirms she did, and Roa asks if it didn't look as though he was being controlled, clarifying that it felt similar to when he Dueled Mimi after she was controlled. Mimi recalls the President Drone and then excitedly remembers where she's seen the mask before.

As Yuga repairs Mrs. Drone, Romin notes that Yuo can do whatever he wants now that he's chased everyone out and Yuga reminds her their Duels still aren't over yet, wondering if Yuo plans to keep Dueling on his own. Gavin adds the mysterious final sibling is more concerning; the sixth President.
Luke, Gavin and Romin are registered as Team King Luke's Kings, and Luke cries that now they just have to win, though Romin is a bit confused by their team name. Then they hear Galian and Schubel voicing outrage that someone isn't allowed to participate in the tournament in an era where diversity and representation are so important - they're talking about Pidgetrap, who the tournament staff point out is an animal and bar from entering. Yuga, Luke, Romin and Gavin convene with Galian, Schubel and Pidgetrap, and Yuga asks why Asana isn't entering the tournament. Galian explains that she called them claiming to have developed a fever from her excitement, but encouraged them to enter without her as they had been looking forward to the tournament and suggested that Pidgetrap take her place so they could bring back the spoils of victory, though Schubel asks how they can show their faces now and hangs his head as Pidgetrap coos sadly.  As Yuga and his friends look at them sadly, Luke finally brings himself to make a suggestion; Yuga can take Asana's place. Galian asks if they wouldn't rather have Yuga on their team, and Luke admits that he would, but the Luke inside him would never forgive him for letting his friends suffer while he climbed to the top, even if Luke himself did. Schubel and Galian are shocked by the prospect, though Yuga protests that he wasn't planning on entering anyway, but the overheard suggestion of Yuga teaming up with the Heavy Cavalry Duel Club as already drawn a crowd of onlookers, including children eager to Duel the creator of Rush Dueling. Poor Yuga can only protest that he's only spectating.

+
Luke meanwhile is restlessly digging at the Goha 6th Quarry, desperately begging "Fusion" to come out, when he's approached by Yuo and the President Drone. Yuo explains he's come to tell Luke something important and Luke casually tells the one he crushed beneath his might to talk, much to the President Drone's anger. Yuo reassures the Drone it's fine and claims to have finally figured out who the sixth President is - it's Luke himself, and Luke can only gasp in shock at the revelation.
A voice asks if Yuga would Duel him instead, and the crowd parts to reveal the cloaked man standing down the path, and he throws off his cloak to reveal himself, holding his Duel Disk. Galian and Schubel recognize him from Yuga's Rush Duel in the Big Seven Arena that they watched while excavating in an abandoned school, and Luke cries that it's Otes. He tells everyone that there's no need to be shocked, as Otes is just a hologram, but Pidgetrap flies over and perches on Otes' mask, much to Luke's shock (Romin asking him who the most shocked is now despite his warning). Yuga asks Otes what he's doing here and Otes comments that a Rush Duel Tournament is a joyous occasion, so he thought about sending some flowers. Yuga asks if Otes is trying to manipulate him again, but Otes call the notion preposterous and claims that he thought Yuga would like to know something; the true meaning of this tournament. Yuga tries to ask what Otes means, but Otes tells him that he will have to see the Road beyond a Duel and straps on his Duel Disk. Yuga grins, commenting that he'll have to face this, and he straps on his own Duel Disk, claiming that he'll hear what Otes has to say after he wins this Duel. Otes proudly states that's how it should be for one who walks the Road to the King's throne, and they both insert their Decks into their Duel Disks and call "Rush Duel!" deploying the blades of their Duel Disks and the green holographic dome.

<!--Mimi, Roa and Swirls infiltrate Goha Enterprises.-->
Otes declares that he will take the first turn, drawing and then examining his hand, containing "Archfiend's Revival", "Majinrai, the Striking Storm", two copies of "Feral Imp", and "Summoned Skull". He Summons "Feral Imp" and then immediately Tributes it, chanting "The one who drinks deep of Hell's darkness and gives birth to chaos. The apex to whom even Solomon looks upon with fear! Now is the time to dye all light with the colors of destruction! Come forth! I summon Summoned Skull!" The skeletal fiend appears with 2500 ATK, much to the shock of Yuga's friends and the wonder of the other onlookers. Otes tells them to behold this rare Fiend card that has dark powers for confusing the enemy, and Galian gasps that it has the highest known ATK of a Level 6 monster, while Luke notes that it doesn't have an effect, but its ferocity matches that of "Dragias", and he politely bows to Otes, calling him impressive as always from bringing out such a high-Level Fiend monster. Otes chuckles, and he sends the other "Feral Imp" from his hand to the Graveyard to activate a Spell Card that requires "Summoned Skull" on the field; "Majinrai, the Striking Storm". Yuga is shocked at the notion of a card that specifically requires "Summoned Skull", and Otes explains that it will deal him 1300 damage as "Summoned Skull" crushes the "Feral Imp" card in its claws and fires a dark twister at Yuga, blasting him off his feet and reducing him to 2700 LP. Romin is shocked that Yuga has already taken so much damage on the first turn, and Gavin notes that Otes is playing a relentless Duel as always. Otes Sets a card and ends his turn, and the watching children cheer his moves.
+
Outside the Goha Enterprises Main Office Mimi, Roa and Swirls sneak through the bushes as Mimi explains she finally remembered where she saw Luke's mask; in the President's office. They slip on disguises of Kid Goha and Lil' Rush, with Swirls sitting on Roa's shoulders, and head inside. Once they reach the elevator it requests verification and Mimi asks if the operator can't see they're Kid Goha and Lil' Rush. When the operator insists this is protocol Mimi laments this is why she hates dealing with amateurs, reminding the operator that Kid Goha and Lil' Rush are the guardian fairies of Goha Enterprises, so does the operator really think fairies have identification? Their faces are identification enough and even grant them special lunches from the cafeteria, so if the operator asks for their identification like a moron he'll face the President's wrath and get demoted. The notion of demotion scares the operator enough to let them into the elevator, but once they're inside Mimi quickly sidles away from Roa, congratulating herself on implementing RSFC Rule 115, removing herself from the moderate distance from Roa is okay as long as she did so within three seconds.

+
<!--Roa, Mimi and Swirls find Luke with Yuo.-->
Yuga gets to his feet with a grin, declares his turn, and draws, then examines his hand; containing "Fire Golem, "Kuribot", "Sevens Road Magician", "Sevens Road Witch", and "Mystic Dealer". He Summons "Mystic Dealer" and then activates its effect, sending a Spellcaster from his hand to the Graveyard to draw a card. Then he Tributes "Mystic Dealer" to Tribute Summon "Sevens Road Witch", whose appearance the crowd cheers. Yuga then sends "Kuribot" from his hand to the Graveyard to activate the "Magical Sevens Call" effect of "Sevens Road Witch", and his friends cry out in delight as they realize what Yuga is doing. Yuga chants "The walls, the mountains, and even the planets that block my way—! Cut open a road through them and press onward! Let's go! Sevens Road Magician!" "Sevens Road Witch" gains 400 ATK from her own effect, rising to 2000, and then Yuga activates the "Elemental Road" effect of "Sevens Road Magician". Schubel takes note of the Attributes of the monsters in Yuga's Graveyard; the WATER "Mystic Dealer", the FIRE "Fire Golem", DARK "Kuribot" and EARTH "Straynge Cat", which Galian declares will total a 1200 ATK increase, bringing "Sevens Road Magician" to 3300 ATK. Otes smiles as the other children call this Yuga's usual "King's Road" strategy, and Yuga Sets a card and declares his Battle Phase, attacking "Summoned Skull" with "Sevens Road Magician", who carves "Summoned Skull" in two and reduces Otes to 3200 LP.

They arrive on one of the exterior gardens, but are immediately surrounded by security Drones who have detected suspicious people. Mimi and Roa promptly speed off with the Drones behind them, but are shocked when they run into Luke, Yuo and the President Drone. Luke mistakes them for the mascots until they take off their disguises, surprising Luke. Swirls asks why Luke is here and Yuo tells him not to speak for familiarly to their sixth President, much to their utter shock. Yuo claims it isn't that surprising given Luke has gone undefeated in Rush Duels and that strength is proof of his status as President and Luke arrogantly claims they must all call him President Luke from now on. At the Road Laboratory Mrs. Drone has just thanked Yuga for repairing her, and as Yuga reassures her it was no problem a holographic screen of Luke appears before them as Luke announces that he is one of the Goha Six and tells everyone to call him President Luke again. Gavin is shocked that Luke is a Goha President and Romin furiously calls Luke a traitor, though the kids are surprised by Mrs. Drone calling Luke a hooligan. Luke claims the world has finally recognized his majesty as Yuro watches from the Ramen Hut, Yuka watches from Goha Baseball Stadium, Yujin and Skipjack watch from Goha Aquatic Elementary, and Yuran watches from his cell as Luke celebrates being President Luke, claiming it has a nice ring to it and suggesting they begin the day's match. Roa declines, claiming he's busy, but when he turns away Yuo comments that Roa is running because he knows he can't beat President Luke. Roa comments that he wonders as he turns back to them and Mimi protests that Roa shouldn't Duel Luke, but Roa plants his microphone in the ground and declares he'll be Luke's opponent. Mimi gasps his name, and Roa winks at her, prompting Mimi and Swirls to recognize his intentions. Roa calls "Let's go!" and he and Luke insert their Decks into their Duel Disks and call "Rush Duel!" deploying the blades and the green holographic dome.

+
<!--Roa teases Luke during his turn.-->
Otes shields himself from the attack, but then he grins and activates a Trap Card, "Archfiend's Revival", which Gavin and Romin realize in shock can only be activated when "Summoned Skull" is destroyed. Otes smiles and he explains that it will allow him to reincarnate a Normal Monster from his Graveyard. "Summoned Skull" returns to the field, Gavin gasping that it has reincarnated. Yuga can only end his turn in frustration, returning the ATK of his two "Sevens Road" monsters to normal, and the watching children gasp that the Duel is neck and neck and they can't stop watching. Galian observes that Otes's reincarnation of "Summoned Skull" allowed him to block the follow-up attack of "Sevens Road Witch" and he wonders if Otes is a demon handler.
+
Roa declares his great turn and magnificently draws "Card Destruction", his hand also containing two copies of "Royal Rebel's No Wave", "Followl of the Dark Wisdom", and "King's Tax". He starts with the Spell Card "Card Destruction", explaining that all players with a hand have to discard their hands. The wording confuses Luke, and Roa teasingly tells him that means him, much to Luke's irritation as he reminds Roa to call him President Luke. They both discard four cards and Roa adds that they both draw the same number they discarded, Roa drawing four cards; "Archfiend's Summoning Flute", "Royal Rebel's Phaser", "Evil Star Beacon", and "Renegade's Slamfest". Luke happily declares President Luke's Presidential draw as he likewise draws four cards and Roa Summons "The Flute of Calling Demon", then sends it to the Graveyard to activate its effect, Special Summoning "Royal Rebel's No Wave" from his Graveyard in Defense Position, standing on 2600 DEF. Next he Summons "Royal Rebel's Phaser" and sends it to the Graveyard to activate its effect, Special Summoning his other "No Wave" in Defense Position. Yuo notes to the President Drone that Roa was able to Summon two Level 7 monsters on his first turn, an Roa Sets two cards, ending his turn.

Luke declares President Luke's turn and his presidential draw. His hand containing "Porcupine Dragon", "Multistrike Dragon Dragias", "The Dragon", "Triad Drago", and "Sportsdragon Defender" he Summons three monsters; "Sportsdragon Defender", "Triad Drago" and "The Dragon", then activates the effect of "Triad Drago" to draw a card. He Tributes "Triad Drago" and "Sportsdragon Defender" to Tribute Summon, chanting "Now, within the president's galaxy, the seven presidenova gamaxy-ray burst! Hu-hu-hu! Hu-hu-hu!! President Luke tried laughing twice. Now, come on out! Multistrike Dragon Dragias!" Roa gasps that Luke has "Dragias" and "The Dragon" and Romin realizes what monsters Luke has as well, Gavin asking if Luke is going to use "Fusion" again. Luke boasts that it's inevitable that "Fusion" will come to him and activates the Spell Card "Pot of Greed". Gavin asks if "Fusion" is really coming again as Luke draws two cards, but he gets "Hypernova" and "7 Chance". Shrugging his failure to draw "Fusion" off, Luke Tributes "The Dragon" to Tribute Summon "Porcupine Dragon", much to Roa's interest. He sends "Mountain" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard to activate the "Gias Charge" effect of "Dragias" and then pays 500 LP to activate the effect of "Porcupine Dragon", sending "Clear Ice Dragon" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard to add "Mountain" from his Graveyard to his hand. Luke promptly activates the Field Spell Card, elevating them to stand on a mountain peak, and Roa, Mimi and Swirls all look around as the ATK of Luke's Dragons increase by 200 each, to 2700 and 1800. President Luke Sets two cards, then orders "Dragias" to attack with "Striking Light Blast of Explosive Supremacy" and it blasts the green fire orbs at a "No Wave" and destroys it. Luke adds that "Dragias" can attack again since it destroyed a monster by battle and it attacks with "Dragon King Strike of Annihilative Supremacy", blasting the orange fire at the second "No Wave" and destroying it, allowing "Porcupine Dragon" to direct attack, headbutting Roa and knocking him back a pace as his LP falls to 2200. Mimi and Swirls call out in concern for Roa as Luke ends his turn.
Otes declares his turn and draws "Delight of the Mighty", "Maraimei, the Igniting Inferno", "Rogue of Archfiend", his third "Feral Imp", and "Masenkou, the Lashing Light". He activates another Spell that can only be used while he controls "Summoned Skull"; "Masenkou, the Lashing Light", much to Romin's surprise, and explains that it will destroy all Level 8 or lower monsters Yuga controls. "Sevens Road Witch" and "Sevens Rod Magician" shatter into yellows shards, much to the horror of Schubel, Galian, Luke, Romin and Gavin, but Yuga isn't worried, as he still has his best trump card; "Dark Revelation". But Otes smiles and he Summons "Rogue of Archfiend", before sending it to the Graveyard to activate its effect, a prospect that concerns Gavin. Otes explains that his Fiend monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects for the rest of this turn and Yuga gasps in fear as "Summoned Skull" is shrouded in darkness. Luke is shocked that Otes's monster sacrificed itself just to protect "Summoned Skull", while Romin asks if that was the only reason Otes Summoned it. Otes Sets two cards, before attacking Yuga directly with the reincarnated "Summoned Skull", which leaps into the air and attacks with "Lightning Strike", reducing Yuga to 200 LP. Romin gasps that Yuga managed to survive, though Gavin notes he's only hanging on by a thread and will be done for if he slips up. Then to their surprise the children in the crowd begin doubting Yuga's skills and that he created Rush Dueling, suggesting that Goha may have instead. Luke angrily asks if Yuga is just going to let them say that, but Yuga doesn't reply.

Otes notes that it's true that the world of Rush Dueling has become larger then when he last showed Yuga the Road to becoming the King of Duels, recalling his appearance at the Big Seven Arena, Yuga's first Maximum Summon, and "Supreme Machine Magnum Overlord" clashing with "Wyrm Excavator the Heavy Cavalry Draco". But is that it, and does Yuga's Road really end here? He's just going to "watch" the tournament, is he? He comments that a bystander is someone who has stopped walking and warns Yuga that Rush Dueling may someday become as strict and rigid as Goha Dueling, and doesn't Yuga have a duty to make sure that it doesn't - a duty as the creator of Rush Dueling? Yuga grits his teeth, but then he smiles and he admits that when Otes puts it like that, he can't afford to just stand around.

<!--Roa activates the effect of "Royal Rebel's Doom Metal", destroying "Dragias" (the full shot of all three monsters).-->

Roa declares his turn and makes a great draw, drawing "Royal Rebel's Invasion", "Royal Rebel's Doom Metal", "Royal Rebel's Phaser", "Royal Rebel's Heavy Metal", and "Palace Gargoyle". He activates his Set "Evil Star Beacon", Special Summoning two Fiend monsters from his Graveyard, "Royal Rebel's No Wave" and "Followl of the Dark Wisdom", in Defense Position, then Summons "Palace Gargoyle" and discards "Royal Rebel's Invasion" to activate its effect, increasing its Level by 1 until the end of the turn, to 5. He Tributes "Followl" and "Gargoyle" to Tribute Summon, chanting "If you're prepared to throw away your very life for the king... A resilient Distortion Power Chord! And now, together with a heavy-metal highway lead! Sink your teeth into any who oppose you! Come forth! Royal Rebel's Heavy Metal!" Roa activates the effect of "Heavy Metal", gaining the ATK of "Porcupine Dragon" to power up and Yuo narrows his eyes warily as Roa adds that "Porcupine Dragon" will then be destroyed, declaring "Hell-Flame Mosh Pit" as "Porcupine Dragon" is consumed by darkness and "Heavy Metal" gains its 1800 ATK, rising to 4300 ATK. Then Roa Summons another "Phaser" and sends it to the Graveyard to Special Summon his other "No Wave" in Defense Position and declares that the time has come, much to Luke's confusion. He Tributes both "No Waves" to Tribute Summon and chants "A red-hot blast beat scream that tears through the gates of hell. A death rush requiem that submerges darkness into the light. Come, king of the demons! Annihilate everything that you touch! Royal Rebel's Doom Metal!" He activates the "Extreme Headliner" effect of "Doom Metal", destroying all monsters Luke controls as "Doom Metal" screams a twister of crimson sound from its microphone that consumes "Dragias", and Roa adds that Luke will take damage to the destroyed monster's Level times 100.

<!--Roa's insults over Luke's current state send him into depression.-->
He declares his turn and draws "Sevens Twin Burst", "Curtain of Sparks", "Whispering Fairy", "Sevens Road Warlock", and "Light Sorcerer", Summoning "Light Sorcerer" and then Tributing it to Tribute Summon. He chants "All of the closed doors, hearts, and even fates! I'll smash through it all with my road! Let's go! Sevens Road Warlock!" "Sevens Road Warlock" appears with 1100 ATK, and Romin, Gavin and Luke gasp in pleasant surprise as Luke cries that it's a new "Sevens Road". Yuga sends a Trap Card from his hand to the Graveyard to activate the "Sevens Reincarnation" effect of "Sevens Road Warlock", piquing Otes' interest as "Sevens Road Warlock" is surrounded by flames. Yuga explains that he can add a Level 7 or higher DARK Spellcaster monster from his Graveyard to his hand, and as he returns "Sevens Road Magician" to his hand, he notes that since he added "Sevens Road Magician" he can add an extra Level 6 or higher Spellcaster too, returning "Sevens Road Witch" to his hand as his friends all react in joy. Yuga Tributes "Sevens Road Warlock" to Tribute Summon "Sevens Road Witch", but since he Summoned a monster Otes activates the Fiend-supporting Trap "Delight of the Mighty", increasing the ATK and DEF of "Summoned Skull" by the Level of the Summoned monster x 100 until the end of the turn. Schubel notes that Yuga's "Sevens Road Witch" is Level 6, while Gavin observes that "Summoned Skull" will gain 600 ATK and DEF until the end of the turn as "Summoned Skull" powers up to 3100 ATK. Yuga remains calm, sending "Whispering Fairy" from his hand to the Graveyard to activate the effect of "Sevens Road Witch" and Special Summon "Sevens Road Magician", then increase the ATK of "Sevens Road Witch" by 400, back to 2000. Schubel, Galian and Pidgetrap all celebrate, but Otes activates another Trap Card; "Maraimei, the Igniting Inferno", which inflicts 100 damage to him for every monster in Yuga's Graveyard. Yuga gasps in shock as Romin and Schubel note that there are seven monsters in Yuga's Graveyard ("Mystic Dealer", "Fire Golem", "Kuribot", "Straynge Cat", "Light Sorcerer", "Sevens Road Warlock", and "Whispering Fairy"). Otes is engulfed in purple light and falls to 2500 LP as Gavin asks why he would use a Trap that damages himself. But Schubel realizes why, and Otes confirms that all of the monsters in Yuga's Graveyard will be returned to his Deck. Galian realizes that this is what Otes was after, Romin lamenting Yuga's empty Graveyard and Gavin notes that now "Sevens Road Magician" can't use its effect. Galian, Schubel and Pidgetrap believe that it's all over, but Luke tells them it's not even close to being over, as Yuga wouldn't let something like this slow him down.
+
Luke is blasted off his feet with a scream as his LP falls to 2800 and Roa calls him pathetic, admitting he wanted to Duel Luke because of his strength, one strong and undefeated in Rush Dueling - Lucidien Kallister. The use of his real name shocks Luke and Roa bitterly remarks he's trying to rely entirely on "Fusion" now and isn't Dueling well at all, another blow to Luke's psyche. Roa snaps he doesn't care if Luke is president, but notes Luke has fallen so far from grace he's lost any semblance of his former strength. Luke immediately spirals into despair as Mimi gasps Roa's name happily and Swirls cries that Roa is so cool. Roa calls Luke a disappointment and Luke agrees to himself that he's been Dueling cross-legged on the President's seat of overconfidence, protesting that this is wrong as he glows with a purple aura and cries "No, no-gias" to himself, while Roa discreetly nods to Mimi and Swirls, who dash away in their Lil' Rush and Kid Goha disguises. Luke sees himself stumbling in a cloak through the desert as gears roll by, reflecting that the God of Duels will never shine on him as he is now while remembering Roa's words about him relying on "Fusion" and falling from grace, and he begs Roa to stop. He sees Roa on the horizon declaring that he'll end this now, and Luke asks if it's over, deciding that's fine. Roa orders "Heavy Metal" to attack directly, and Luke looks up to see "7 Chance" in front of him, figuring the only thing he can do now is draw and pulling the lever to activate "7 Chance". As it spins, Luke figures it won't matter anyway, and the results land; "Steel Strike Dragon Metagias", "Illusion Strike Dragon Miragias", and "Nightbringer Dragon", and he whines that it's not enough, he only has "Meta", "Mira" and "Night"...and he repeats their names excitedly.

<!--Luke successfully draws three Level 7 monsters with "7 Chance".-->
Yuga agrees; the potential for Rush Dueling isn't over yet, and it can go further and get bigger and bigger. Otes smiles proudly as Yuga activates the Spell Card "Sevens Twin Burst" since he has both "Sevens Road Magician" and "Sevens Road Witch" on his field. Romin, Luke and Gavin gasp that Yuga also has a specific-use card, and Yuga explain that it will increase the ATK of "Sevens Road Magician" by the ATK of "Sevens Road Witch", which Gavin and Romin realize will be a 2000 ATK increase. Luke laughs that Yuga really is an incredible guy, and Otes smiles as "Sevens Road Magician" is surrounded by flaming energy and rises to 4100 ATK. First Yuga orders "Sevens Road Magician" to destroy "Summoned Skull" with "Sevens Magic", and "Sevens Road Magician" summons its seven stars and blows "Summoned Skull" away with a blast of fiery energy, reducing Otes to 1500 ATK. Then he orders the direct attack of "Sevens Road Witch" to finish it; "Sevens Punish", surrounding Otes in rings. As Otes is blasted back, he thinks in satisfaction that Yuga's Road has taken off from the ground and into the sky, and one day it will even fly towards the stars. His LP falls to zero as the Solid Vision fades.
+
He rips off his cloak and proudly declares "Metamira Night Fever" as he stands with all three monsters above him, Roa gasping in shock as Luke explains that the effect of "7 Chance" allowed him to draw three cards, and if at least two of them are Level 7 monsters he gains 3000 LP. His LP skyrockets to 5800 as Roa gasps "What?!" and Luke adds that he can gain 1500 more LP if he drew three Level 7 monsters, rising further to 7300 LP. Roa furiously asks if Luke is kidding him and Luke proudly crows the God of Duels is supporting him and he is someone who even the gods recognize; the President and King of Duels Luke! Roa grits his teeth but nevertheless order the attack of "Heavy Metal", who slashes at Luke with its microphone blade and reduces him to 3000 LP. Luke laughs that this damage isn't enough to scratch President Luke and Roa attacks directly with "Doom Metal", who brings its greatsword down and sends Luke flying backwards, reducing him to 500 LP. Luke gets up and laughs that the President is immortal, and Roa grits his teeth and ends his turn, returning the ATK of "Heavy Metal" to normal.

Luke steps forwards, declaring President Luke's turn and his presidential draw, drawing two cards; "Dragon's Peak" and "Sportsdragon Slugger". He Summons "Sportsdragon Slugger" and it gains 200 ATK from "Mountain" due to being a Dragon monster. Then Luke activates its effect, Special Summoning "Sportsdragon Pitcher", its DEF increasing due to "Mountain". The Luke Tributes them to Tribute Summon, chanting "A fist meta-hardened by hidden feelings! Pack yourself meta-full with fighting spirit and you'll open your eyes! Blow away the meter inside your heart, and beyond this galaxy's long wormhole, there you'll find the Andrometa Galaxy! Tear 'em to meta-meta shreds! Steel Strike Dragon Metagias!" He adds that the ATK of "Metagias" will also increase by 200, and it powers up to 2700 ATK - and Roa activates the Trap Card "Renegade's Slamfest", Special Summoning "Royal Rebel's Invasion" from his Graveyard in Defense Position, much to Luke's surprise, and then gaining 600 LP for each Fiend monster he controls.
As the other children leave, Gavin asks Otes what he meant about the true meaning of the tournament, but as Otes smiles, Luke comments that Yuga probably doesn't need the explanation. Yuga agrees, and he declares that he's done being a bystander; he'll win this tournament to discover its true meaning. Gavin, Romin and Luke all gasp in joy as they realize what Yuga intends to do, and Yuga asks Galian and Schubel if they mind him taking Asana's place in the tournament on the Heavy Cavalry Duel Club's team. Galian, Schubel and Pidgetrap promptly accept, and Yuga grins at Otes. But then four black Goha Enterprises Drones fly over, blaring alarms as tournament staff surround Otes, explaining that anyone who has ben disqualified from an official Goha-sponsored tournament may not enter a tournament venue and Otes will be confined according to the Code of Dueling's Chapter 666 Article 666. Luke says Otes' name sadly, but Otes simply proclaims that the role that Yuga should take will always be inside his heart, laughing as he is led away. As Galian and Schubel start up their Heavy Cavalry, Luke stands off to the side with Yuga, finally suggesting that they meet in the finals. Yuga agrees, and he holds out his hand, which Luke eventually clasps. Yuga then hops on the back of GG03 as they go to register (while confusing the poor staffer with their machinery) and Luke, Romin and Gavin watch them. Gavin and Romin suggest that they should go too, and Luke agrees.

Deep in the Mutsuba's mine, excavation Drones have a reading of 0.00 and request permission to strengthen their sensor output. A man in a suit and a mask emblazoned with a Goha-style 6 grants them their permission, and as the Drones begin to carry out their tasks, he declares that the 66 will now take over Goha - as Caterpillio Elephantis and a very much well Asana watch them from behind a ledge.

<!--Luke assembles his three Dragons; "Dragias", "Miragias" and "Metagias".-->
 +
But Luke asks "So what?" and Roa gasps in shock as Luke sends "Mountain" to the Graveyard, returning the ATK of "Metagias" to normal as he activates the Spell Card "Dragon's Peak" to Special Summon, chanting "Burn up this cold-hearted world with your blazing flames! Super dragon of super phantoms! Super-Super Special Summon! Super-super-super... come on out! Illusion Strike Dragon Miragias!" Then Luke activates his Set "Hypernova" to Special Summon "Dragias" from his Graveyard and Roa gasps in shock as Luke discards "Nightbringer Dragon" to activate the "Full-Metal Charge" effect of "Metagias", then sends the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to activate the "Gias Charge" effect of "Dragias". He orders "Metagias" to attack with "Iron-Star Blast of Explosive Supremacy", blasting the spiked steel ball at "Heavy Metal" and destroying it, explaining to Roa that the effect of "Metagias" will prevent it from being destroyed. He orders "Metagias" to attack again with "Steel King Strike of Annihilative Supremacy" and it blasts the steel orb at "Doom Metal" and destroys it. As Roa shields himself from the shockwave Luke warns that he isn't done yet and declares a direct order from the President as "Dragias" attacks and destroys "Invasion" with "Striking Light Blast of Explosive Supremacy". Then "Miragias" attacks directly with "Dark Blast of Explosive Supremacy", splitting into its seven copies to blast the ball of darkness at Roa, blasting him off his feet and reducing him to 1500 LP. Finally "Dragias" attacks again with "Dragon King Strike of Annihilative Supremacy", blasting the orange and green fireball at Roa and knocking him off his feet again, screaming as his LP falls to zero. Luke gasps in wonder that this is the power of a Goha President and he cheers that he's a President, President Luke as Yuga, Romin, Gavin and Mrs. Drone all watch wordlessly, while Yuo quietly scoffs to himself.

Up in Goha's office Mimi tries to caution Swirls not to just touch the control console, but the first button Swirls touches brings them down to the wardrobe. Swirls notes that Mimi's right - one of the masks isn't there and Mimi wonders how Swirls knew which button to press, but any further investigation is cut short as alarms go off and security Drones surround them and evict them and Roa. They quickly head to the Road Laboratory and Mimi confirms the mask Luke was wearing was made by Goha to Yuga, Romin and Gavin. Romin asks what Mimi means, but Roa adds that while he's only theorizing, he believes Luke can only use "Fusion" as The Lukeman. Yuga muses that he sees and Gavin asks if he means the mask has some sort of hidden secret, but Yuga doesn't respond.

<u>Turn 3: Roa</u><br/>
Yuga draws "Sevens Twin Burst", "Curtain of Sparks", "Whispering Fairy", "Sevens Road Warlock", and "Light Sorcerer". Yuga Normal Summons "Light Sorcerer" (1500/0). Yuga Tributes "Light Sorcerer" to Tribute Summon "Sevens Road Warlock" (1100/1700). Yuga activates the effect of "Sevens Road Warlock", sending a Trap from his hand to the GY to choose a Level 7 or higher DARK Spellcaster monster in his GY and add it to his hand, then if he added "Sevens Road Magician" to his hand with this effect, he can also add a Level 6 or higher Spellcaster monster from his GY to his hand. He sends "Curtain of Sparks" to the GY and adds "Sevens Road Magician" to his hand, so he also adds "Sevens Road Witch" to his hand. Yuga Tributes "Sevens Road Warlock" to Tribute Summon "Sevens Road Witch" (1600/1000). As Yuga Normal Summoned a monster, Otes activates his Set Trap "Delight of the Mighty", choosing a Normal Monster he controls and increasing its ATK and DEF by the Level of the Summoned monster x 100 until the end of the turn. He chooses "Summoned Skull" ("Summoned Skull": 2500/1200 → 3100/1800). Yuga activates the effect of "Sevens Road Witch", sending a card from his hand to the GY to Special Summon a Level 7 or higher DARK Spellcaster monster from his hand, and if he Special Summons "Sevens Road Magician", then "Sevens Road Witch" gains 400 ATK until the end of the turn. Yuga sends "Whispering Fairy" to the GY and Special Summons "Sevens Road Magician" in Attack Position (2100/1500) ("Sevens Road Witch": 1600/1000 2000/1000). As Otes controls "Summoned Skull" or a Level 7 or higher Fiend Normal Monster and Yuga Special Summoned a monster, he activates his Set Trap "Maraimei, the Igniting Inferno", taking 100 damage for every monster in Yuga's GY, then returning those monsters to the Deck. There are seven monsters in Yuga's GY ("Mystic Dealer", "Fire Golem", "Kuribot", "Straynge Cat", "Light Sorcerer", "Sevens Road Warlock" and "Whispering Fairy"), so Otes takes 700 damage (Otes: 3200 → 2500 LP), then those seven monsters are returned to Yuga's Deck. As the only monsters Yuga controls are one each of "Sevens Road Magician" and "Sevens Road Witch", he activates the Spell "Sevens Twin Burst", increasing the ATK of "Sevens Road Magician" by the ATK of "Sevens Road Witch" until the end of the turn ("Sevens Road Magician": 2100/1500 → 4100/1500). "Sevens Road Magician" attacks and destroys "Summoned Skull" (Otes: 2500 → 1500 LP). "Sevens Road Witch" attacks Otes directly (Otes: 1500 → 0 LP)

As Roa controls no Attack Position monsters, he activates his Set Spell "Evil Star Beacon", choosing two LIGHT Attribute Fiend Type Normal Monsters in his Graveyard whose combined Levels equal 10 or less and Special Summoning them in Attack Position, but if he does, he cannot attack with non-Fiend Type monsters this turn. Roa Special Summons the Level 7 "No Wave" (0/2600) and the Level 3 "Followl of the Dark Wisdom" (1100/0). Roa Normal Summons "Palace Gargoyle" (1000/1200). Roa sends "Invasion" from his hand to the Graveyard ("Palace Gargoyle": Level 4 → Level 5). Roa Tributes "Followl" and "Palace Gargoyle" to Tribute Summon "Royal Rebel's Heavy Metal" (2500/0). As "Heavy Metal" was Tribute Summoned this turn by Tributing a Level 5 or higher monster, Roa activates its effect, allowing him to choose the face-up monster Luke controls with the lowest Level to have "Heavy Metal" gain ATK equal to the chosen monster's ATK, then destroy the chosen monster. He chooses and destroys the Level 5 "Porcupine Dragon" ("Heavy Metal": 2500/0 → 4300/0). Roa Normal Summons "Royal Rebel's Phaser" (100/0). Roa activates the effect of "Phaser", sending it to the Graveyard and Special Summoning "No Wave" (0/2600) from his Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Roa Tributes both copies of "No Wave" to Tribute Summon "Royal Rebel's Doom Metal" (2500/2000). As "Doom Metal" was Tribute Summoned this turn by Tributing two Level 7 or higher Fiend Type monsters, Roa activates its effect, destroying all face-up monsters Luke controls and inflicting damage to Luke equal to the combined Levels of the destroyed monsters x 100. Roa destroys the Level 7 "Dragias" (Luke: 3500 → 2800 LP). "Heavy Metal" attacks Luke directly, but since a Level 7 or higher monster Roa controls declared an attack, Luke activates his Set Trap Card "7 Chance", drawing three cards and revealing them, and if he draws two or more Level 7 monsters, he gains 1500 LP for each Level 7 monster he drew with this effect. Luke draws the Level 7 "Steel Strike Dragon Metagias", the Level 7 "Illusion Strike Dragon Miragias", and the Level 7 "Nightbringer Dragon" (Luke: 2800 → 7300 LP). The attack continues (Luke: 7300 → 3000 LP). "Doom Metal" attacks Luke directly (Luke: 3000 → 500 LP).

Luke's hand contains "Metagias", "Miragias", and "Nightbringer Dragon". Luke draws "Dragon's Peak" and "Sportsdragon Slugger". Luke Normal Summons "Sportsdragon Slugger" (1000/0 → 1200/200). As he controls no other monsters, Luke activates the effect of "Slugger", Special Summoning a "Sportsdragon Pitcher" from his Graveyard in face-up Defense Position, but if he does, he cannot attack with Level 6 or lower monsters this turn. Luke Special Summons "Pitcher" (0/1000 → 200/1200) from his Graveyard. Luke Tributes "Pitcher" and "Slugger" to Tribute Summon "Steel Strike Dragon Metagias" (2500/1500 → 2700/1700). As Luke Normal or Special Summoned a Level 7 or higher monster in Attack Position, Roa activates his Set Trap Card "Renegade's Slamfest", choosing a Fiend Type monster with 0 DEF in his Graveyard and Special Summoning it, then he gains 600 LP for each face-up Fiend Type monster he controls. Roa Special Summons "Royal Rebel's Invasion" (2300/0) from his Graveyard in face-up Defense Position, so he controls three Fiend Type monsters (Roa: 2200 → 4000 LP). Luke activates the Spell Card "Dragon's Peak", sending a face-up "Mountain" he controls to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Dragon Type monster from his hand. Luke sends "Mountain" to the Graveyard ("Metagias": 2700/1700 → 2500/1500) and Special Summons "Illusion Strike Dragon Miragias" (2500/1500) from his hand in Attack Position. As Luke controls two Level 7 non-LIGHT Attribute Dragon Type monsters, he activates his Set Spell Card "Hypernova", Special Summoning a LIGHT Attribute Dragon Type monster from his Graveyard, but if he does, he must target the monster Roa controls with the highest ATK for attacks this turn. Luke Special Summons "Dragias" (2500/1500) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. Luke activates the effect of "Metagias", sending a Level 7 or higher Dragon Type monster from his hand to the Graveyard to prevent it from being destroyed by battle or by Roa's Trap Card effects this turn, and if it attacks a monster Roa controls during the Battle Phase, it can declare a second attack on a monster Roa controls during the Battle Phase. He sends "Nightbringer Dragon" to the Graveyard. Luke activates the effect of "Dragias", sending an unknown card from his Deck to the Graveyard. "Metagias" attacks and destroys "Doom Metal" and "Heavy Metal", and due to the effect of "Metagias", it is not destroyed by battle. "Dragias" attacks and destroys "Invasion". "Miragias" and "Dragias" attack Roa directly (Roa: 4000 → 1500 → 0 LP).

"President Luke!", known as "The Sixth Man" in the Japanese version, is the sixty-third episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS anime. It first aired in Japan on August 29, 2021, and became available for streaming on Hulu on January 24, 2023.

Researching about the strange event that happened to Luke, Roa decides to go to Goha Enterprises together with Mimi and Swirls based on information she provided. They slip inside the company, but as they head to the president's office, the "last one" of the six Goha President Siblings stands before them.

Summary

Featured Duel: Roa Kassidy vs Lucidien "Luke" Kallister

This Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.

Turn 1: Roa
Roa's hand contains two copies of "Royal Rebel's No Wave", "Followl of the Dark Wisdom", and "King's Tax". Roa draws "Card Destruction". Roa activates the Spell Card "Card Destruction", forcing both players to send their entire hand to the Graveyard, then draw cards equal to the number of cards they sent to the Graveyard. Roa sends both copies of "No Wave", "Followl", and "King's Tax" to the Graveyard and draws "Archfiend's Summoning Flute", "Royal Rebel's Phaser", "Evil Star Beacon", and "Renegade's Slamfest", while Luke sends "Burning Blaze Dragon", "Sportsdragon Pitcher", and two unknown cards from his hand to the Graveyard and draws four cards.[Note 1] Roa Normal Summons "Archfiend's Summoning Flute" (0/0). As Roa controls no other monsters and has three Normal Monsters in his Graveyard, he activates the effect of "Archfiend's Summoning Flute", sending it to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Normal Monster from his Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Roa Special Summons "Royal Rebel's No Wave" (0/2600) from his Graveyard. Roa Normal Summons "Royal Rebel's Phaser" (100/0). As Roa controls a Level 7 or higher Fiend Type monster, he activates the effect of "Phaser", sending it to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Level 7 or higher Fiend Type monster from his Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. He Special Summons "No Wave" (0/2600) from his Graveyard. Roa Sets two cards.

Turn 2: Luke
Luke's hand contains "Porcupine Dragon", "Multistrike Dragon Dragias", "The Dragon", "Triad Drago", and "Sportsdragon Defender". Luke Normal Summons "Sportsdragon Defender" (300/700), "Triad Drago" (300/1300), and "The Dragon" (0/0). As Roa controls a Level 7 or higher monster and Luke controls two non-Level 3 Dragon Type monsters, Luke activates the effect of "Triad Drago", drawing a card. He draws "Pot of Greed". Luke Tributes "Sportsdragon Defender" and "Triad Drago" to Tribute Summon "Multistrike Dragon Dragias" (2500/1500). Luke activates the Spell Card "Pot of Greed", drawing two cards. He draws "Hypernova" and "7 Chance". Luke Tributes "The Dragon" to Tribute Summon "Porcupine Dragon" (1600/1600). Luke activates the effect of "Dragias", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to allow it to declare a second attack this turn if it destroys a monster Roa controls by battle. Luke sends "Mountain" from his Deck to the Graveyard. Luke activates the effect of "Porcupine Dragon", paying 500 LP (Luke: 4000 → 3500 LP) to send the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard, then he can add "Mountain" from his Graveyard to his hand. Luke sends "Clear Ice Dragon" from his Deck to the Graveyard, then adds "Mountain" from his Graveyard to his hand. Luke activates the Field Spell Card "Mountain". The effect of "Mountain" increases the ATK/DEF of all Dragon, Winged Beast, and Thunder Type monsters on the field by 200 ("Dragias": 2500/1500 → 2700/1500) ("Porcupine Dragon": 1600/1600 → 1800/1800). Luke Sets two cards. "Dragias" attacks and destroys both copies of "No Wave". "Porcupine Dragon" attacks Roa directly (Roa: 4000 → 2200 LP).

Turn 3: Roa
Roa draws "Royal Rebel's Invasion", "Royal Rebel's Doom Metal", "Royal Rebel's Phaser", "Royal Rebel's Heavy Metal", and "Palace Gargoyle". Roa activates the effect of "Gargoyle", sending a card from his hand to the Graveyard to increase its Level by 1. Roa sends "Invasion" from his hand to the Graveyard ("Palace Gargoyle": Level 4Level 5).

Turn 4: Luke
