Tea (DOR) |
Tea is the Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses incarnation of Téa Gardner. She is a member of the Red Roses of Lancaster. She is the Yu-Gi-Oh! portrayal of the historical person, Elizabeth of York, as she says she was unable to protect her "love", after she is defeated.
If the player chooses to side with the White Roses, they face Tea as their first opponent at Windsor. After defeating her they advance to London to face T. Tristan Grey.
Players can obtain the card "Servant of Catabolism", using the find ability on E5, while playing against Tea.
Deck
Tea plays a Fairy Deck. She often fuses to Dark Witch. Her monsters and strategies are very weak; she is the most easy to defeat of the Red Roses.
Trivia
- The historical figure Tea portrays, Elizabeth of York, was the wife of Henry Tudor. Yugi's portrayal as Henry and Tea's reference to her "Love" are undoubtedly a nod to this relationship as well as the one that exists between Yugi and Tea in the series.
