OCG Rulings
- [Regarding the effect "Target 1 monster on the field with 2000 or more ATK; banish it (until the End Phase of the next turn), then, if you activated this card while you controlled "Red Dragon Archfiend" or a Synchro Monster that mentions it, you can Set 1 "Fiendish Chain" from your Deck or GY."][1]
- It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
- When resolving this effect, banish the targeted monster until the End Phase. Then, if it was successfully banished, and you controlled a "Red Dragon Archfiend" or a Synchro Monster that mentions it at the time you activated this card, you can Set 1 "Fiendish Chain" from your Deck or GY.
- Banishing the targeted monster and Setting a card do not occur simultaneously.
- A Synchro Monster that mentions "Red Dragon Archfiend" is a Synchro Monster that has the specific card name "Red Dragon Archfiend" written in its text.
