Booster 6 is a Japanese Booster Pack in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game that was released on December 1, 1999. This set was sold only in Carddass vending machines.

Like other cards printed early on in the game, the cards have no printed set numbers, and lack the distinctive Eye of Anubis Hologram in the lower right-hand corner of each card. Packs of this set were available as prizes in a Weekly Shōnen Jump lottery.

Of the 40 cards in Booster 6, all but 7—"Boulder Tortoise", "Dragon Statue", "Garvas", "Ill Witch", "Mechaleon", "Rock Spirit", and "Spirit of the Winds"—have since been printed in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.

Booster 6 reprinted five monster cards from Vol.6; the other 35 cards were introduce in this set. 27 of those cards have been reprinted in Japanese: one card in EX Starter Box and EX-R Starter Box, 26 cards in Booster R3, 21 cards in Booster Chronicle, and one card in an other set later.
