The pack is available for selection immediately after the player defeats their second opponent in Target Week. It disappears from the pack list afterwards. If the player defeats the second opponent in a tournament and is not offered a choice of packs afterwards, Ultimate Random Pack will be available the next time the player gets to choose a pack.
