• In the Japanese version, its effect name is "High-Rate Power" and its attack name is "Accel Slash".

• When Yusei Fudo Synchro Summons this card, he chants, "Clustering bonds weave a greater force! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Show yourself, Turbo Warrior!", while in episode 31 he said, "Clustering stars weave a greater force! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Roar engines, Turbo Warrior!"

• "Turbo Warrior" appears in both Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's opening theme, Kizuna and ending theme, START.

• In episode 12, Yusei Fudo uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He Synchro Summons this monster by tuning "Sonic Chick", "Quillbolt Hedgehog" and "Speed Warrior" with "Turbo Synchron" via "Urgent Tuning". This card then attacks "Goyo Guardian". Yusei then activates this card's first effect to halve the ATK of "Goyo Guardian" until the end of the Damage Step. Yusei then activates "Synchro Strike" to increase this card's ATK by 2000 (as four monsters were used for this card's Synchro Summon). This card then destroys "Goyo Guardian", winning Yusei the Duel.

• In episode 31, Yusei uses this card during his Tag Turbo Duel with Crow Hogan against two Sector Security officers. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Blackwing Armor Master" (who was Level 5 due to "Level Retuner") with "Turbo Synchron". Before Yusei Synchro Summons this card, he removes the Wedge Counter on "Gate Blocker 2", reducing its ATK and DEF to 0 until the End Phase. The officers didn't care about Yusei summoning this card as their "Gate Defender" can negate an attack once per turn, but Yusei then reveals to the officers that this card can't be targeted by monsters who are at most Level 6. Crow then activates "Ebon Arrow" to reduce this card's ATK by 500 until the End Phase and allow it to inflict piercing damage this turn. This card then attacks and destroys "Gate Blocker 2" (this causes "Gate Defender" to be destroyed due to its final effect). This card then inflicts piercing damage to the officers. "Ebon Arrow" then inflicts damage to the officers equal to the original DEF of "Gate Blocker 2", winning Yusei and Crow the Duel.

• In episode 72, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Sherry LeBlanc. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Junk Warrior" with "Turbo Synchron". This card then attacks "Chevalier de Fleur". Yusei then activates this card's first effect to halve the ATK of "Chevalier de Fleur" until the end of the Damage Step, but Sherry activates "For Our Dreams" to prevent "Chevalier de Fleur" from being destroyed by battle for this attack only, however she still takes Battle Damage. At the end of the Damage Step, this card's first effect expires. Yusei then activates "Synchro Out" to return this card to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Turbo Synchron" and "Junk Warrior" from his Graveyard. Sherry did not activate the effect of her "Chevalier de Fleur" because she believed that this card being removed from the field will make things easier for her. Yusei then activates "Urgent Tuning" to perform a Synchro Summon during the Battle Phase, but Sherry activates the effect of "Chevalier de Fleur" to negate the effect of "Urgent Tuning" and destroy it. After Yusei Special Summons "Junk Collector" via the second effect of "Turbo Synchron", Yusei activates the effect of "Junk Collector" to banish itself and "Urgent Tuning" from his Graveyard in order to activate the effect of "Urgent Tuning" as the effect of "Junk Collector", allowing Yusei to tune "Junk Warrior" with "Turbo Synchron" and Synchro Summon this card. This card then attacks and destroys "Chevalier de Fleur". On Yusei's next turn, he Normal Summons "Drill Synchron". This card then attacks and destroys "Sacred Knight's Shield-Bearer". Due to the first effect of "Drill Synchron", this card inflicts piercing damage to Sherry. Yusei then activates the second effect of "Drill Synchron" to draw one card. Sherry then activates "Liberty at Last!" to return this card and "Drill Synchron" to Yusei's Deck (This card returns to the Extra Deck when this happens as it is a Synchro Monster).
  • This card also appears in Sherry's mind when she notes that Yusei is planning to Synchro Summon again via his set card (she believes it's possibly "Urgent Tuning") since he is returning this card to his Extra Deck and Special Summoning its Synchro Material Monsters from his Graveyard. She then deduces that Yusei will Synchro Summon this card again and use it to attack "Chevalier de Fleur" again, however she knows Yusei is aware that "Chevalier de Fleur" negates and destroy one Spell or Trap once per turn, so Yusei must be setting up an even greater combo.

• In episode 79, this card appears in a flashback Yusei has when he tells his friends that he heard the name Iliaster recently from Sherry.

• In episode 153, Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. He Synchro Summons this card by tuning "Sneak Giant" with "Turbo Synchron". This card then attacks "Exploder Dragonwing" (whose ATK was 2800 due to the effect of "Power Supplier"). Due to this card's first effect, the ATK of "Exploder Dragonwing" is halved until the end of the Damage Step. This card then destroys "Exploder Dragonwing". After Jack summons "Mirror Resonator", he activates the latter's second effect to make its Level become the same as this card's. Jack then tunes "Power Supplier" with "Mirror Resonator" in order to Synchro Summon "Crimson Blader". "Crimson Blader" then attacks and destroys this card. Since "Crimson Blader" destroyed a Synchro Monster Yusei controlled by battle, its effect activates, forbidding Yusei from summoning any monsters during his next turn.
