Fic Chapter
"That boy that arrived today, Asuka White. And I might add, his main reason was you, he wanted to help you, Tenjoin-chan.” Saiou replied calmly. "M-Me?" She asked, surprised. She had thought the kid had only joined the Academia to bug her to death. "Of course, haven't you noticed how he has been determined to know you more than anyone else?" Saiou asked with a smile. "Well yes, but we first met all he did was pester me to death it seemed." Tenjoin replied, still not understanding what the kid thought was so special about her that he saw the Light. "That was because he wanted to understand you before anyone else on the island, he didn't understand how you would react." Saiou explained. "Maybe i was too hard on the kid..." Tenjoin replied in a sort of regretful tone. Now she wished she could start over. Little did she know her master could and would provide that chance. "That's what he was trying to imply." Saiou told her with a kind smile. "Master what can i do?" Tenjoin asked, just wanting to make amends now. "I say give him a chance, he just wants to get to know you, besides, he is on our side now." Saiou replied with a grin. "True. I guess I should introduce him to our enemies as well." Tenjoin retorted with a sly smirk. "Yes, show them how they are failing to keep a decent side in battling against us." Saiou encouraged her, wanting to demoralize his opponents as much as possible if and whenever he or other members of the Association of Light got that opportunity. A few moments later, Asuka returned, trying to resist blushing as he saw Tenjoin. He saw her as a goddess of beauty but wouldn’t dare tell her that right away. "Ah, he has arrived. Asuka, we were just talking about you and I believe Tenjoin has come to a decision." Saiou replied, smiling at the newcomer. "She has, Saiou-sama?" Asuka asked excitedly. He had hoped his wish would come true so basically everything rode on what Tenjoin had to say. "Yes, I'll allow her to tell you." Saiou replied, as he continued smiling. He stepped back, Tenjoin lifted her eyes to meet Asuka's. "I...I apologize about my attitude earlier, I would like for us to start over again." Tenjoin stated quietly, hoping with all her heart the kid would forgive her. Asuka smiled warmly. "I accept your offer but first answer me one question." He replied, easily hiding his joy that she wanted to start over. "That question is?" Tenjoin asked curiously though she had a good idea about what it was exactly or in some variation. "Why did you have that attitude?" Tenjoin looked a little surprised but took a breath to steady herself before answering Asuka’s question. "I wasn't going to look soft, the Association of Light isn't a game, it's serious business, like I stated back there. I just didn't want to lead you on until you were ready to see the light." "Lead me on? What do you mean?" He asked gently, figuring she meant something in the line of romance. "The Association of Light, I didn't want you to think of us as the evil side like others before do, like those that haven't seen the Light." Tenjoin replied with a slight smile. "I see now…I can finally understand the truth." He replied, his eyes almost sparkling in her presence. "I'm glad you do." Tenjoin replied cheerfully. "So...we're friends now?" Asuka asked hopefully, his heart pounding against his chest as he awaited her fateful answer. "I suppose we are. Besides, I want to show you to someone, show them that you really are on our side" Tenjoin replied smiling. Seeing her smile, finally showing that she accepted him made him achieve more confidence than ever before. "You ready? We shall show those that don't believe what the light can really do, including how it saved you so quickly." She said, with a grin. "Perhaps. Lead the way." Asuka replied, giving an innocent stare. "Alright. Tenjoin replied, stepping towards and past him, laying her hand on his shoulder and gripping as she stepped past him, releasing it quickly, glancing back at him and winking once she had passed. He blushed darkly at the wink. "Come on then. she giggled, walking further ahead. "Your a sweetie deep down as you've shown me." Asuka replied, his worries and fears quelled for now. "You'll see, as time passes, we'll be closer than now.” She replied, resisting the urge to kiss him for now. "R-Really?" He asked, growing really excited. "Yeah, you'll see, time will show you.” She replied happily. Next time my OC will meet Judai and Sho. Till then!
