I used to play in around 2007, after getting the Structure Deck: Machine Re-Volt. It served as the basis for my common online handle. This Deck would then evolve into Machina Gadget later down the line. I also built Decks like Macro Monarch, Chain Burn, and Crystal Beasts, but by around 2015 I stopped playing it IRL due to lack of regular players. I took to YGOPro to brew, but had to step back to focus on my studies (and because power creep was really starting to hit).

Cut forward to 2022, and Master Duel came around. I decided to relive the good old days but then slowly opened up to more modern archetypes. I got to embrace what I couldn't afford, and taste the sheer power of some crazy strong Decks. It's fun!

Other than Yu-Gi-Oh I also play MTG, Shadowverse, Another Eden, and Tower of Fantasy.

Favourite Cards (for personal reasons):

• Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon - Can be Special Summoned. Retains the Ancient Gear protection effect. Just as strong as Golem. Tenouttaten.
• Yuki-Onna, the Absolute Zero Mayakashi - Big bungus Link boss for Mayakashis and Zombie-based Links in general. Twice-per-turn negates and ATK reduction, yes please!
• Compulsory Evacuation Device - One sentence. Freely Chainable. Punishes Extra Deck monsters. Simple.
• Super Polymerization - I've come to appreciate the number of ways one can answer big boards with this card.
• Triple Tactics Talent - Hee hee funny fan goes boop

Least Favourite Cards:

• NEX - Abandoned after 2 of the 6 members were made. Fantastic.
• Predaplant Verte Anaconda - This broke Fuse-from-Deck spells and made bigass Fusion bosses too easy to access. Go sit in the list and think about what you've done!
• Union Carrier - This broke a lot of cards in ways they weren't designed around and was used in Decks it wasn't explicitly designed to support.
• Crystron Halqifibrax - "I finally figured out how to fix the game. First, we ban all the Tuner monsters--"
• Wind-Up Hunter - Zenmaity died for this bozo's crimes.
