If you are talking about the article image, i used that one because it seemed to be a significant point of the plot. If you have seen the episode, you can understand that shot is kind of special, because of its nature.

The Last Shot & About Children Condition?
The shot we got at the end of the episode (which you uploaded), is technically not that important, and is only useful in the "Berserk Mode (ability)" article.
The reason being that its just a simple shot meant to create hype for the next episode (which is common for many episodes), and it doesn't have any significance to the plot (since we already have similar shots for that one, like you can see the main article image of the "Berserk Mode").
As for the thing about Children seeing that image. Are you serious about that? If that was the case, then shouldn't it be more appropriate for them to not see this Arc-V Series at all. I mean that shot was part of the episode, and if i have to say, Yubel's eye from GX Saga was far more scary than this one.
